I have been a supporter of lambert all season up until now. He simply has to go. Losing to a team over 2 legs that are a league above my local team Kiddy harriers is **** unforgivable -
Been going to the gym for just over 3 months now my goal is to bulk up add muscle etc. When i first started going i was 9st 8lb at 5ft 7in tall and i am now 11 stones. Strength has also improved a fair bit my DB bench press has gone from 14s to 30s, Shoulder press from 12s to 26kg, My main problem imo is my diet. I don't calorie count or keep an eye on macro's just eat what i want when i want including too much junk. Also spent a fortune on supplements which i have discovered later on are not needed like Tribulus, BCAA,s and Weight gain formula's but all i'm on now is Whey and Creatine.

Terrible decision imo. Thought Bisping won round 1 and 2. One of the judges somehow had it 30-27 Sonnen unbelievable

I think the stoppage was a bit premature. Although Daley looked badly hurt he was still trying to defend himself. Hadn't seen much of Diaz before this fight he can certainly take a punch though. Melendez looks very good also

Yeah problem for Hardy is the WW division is stacked full of excellent wrestlers. Wouldn't surprise me if he was considering attempting to cut down to LW as Johnson was reportedly 195lbs come fight time. Cant wait till 9th April Daley vs Diaz should be a belter

Bones Jones destroyed shogun. I was expecting a tougher night for him but he keeps getting better. Only guy i see touching him at LHW is Machida who could be a fight away from a shot providing he beats Randy Couture. Really hope Dan Hardy beats Rumble Johnson Saturday just hope he has improved on his takedown defence

Just had an update on my Desire to 1.21.405.2 any idea what this does? After having a few hours messing with my phone i must say i'm very impressed and just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on decent free apps and widgets. I have downloaded Rev's list from a few pages back and also tried Swype which i couldnt get to grips with

Getting a Desire today. It was a toss up between that and the Iphone but as i have an ipod touch i thought i would go for the Desire after all the good things i have heard about it.

First of all i know nothing at all about politics but i watched the debate and must say i was impressed with Clegg. He came across to me as a normal bloke while the other 2 like typicle poiticians. My question is in the next decade or 2 is it conceivable or even possible that the Lib dems could overtake one of the leading parties or even come to power?. In my lifetime all i have seen are Labour and Tory governments breaking promises and screwing up i think its time to give Lib dems a try they cant do any worse. -
My birthday tomorrow will be a very miserable day if we don't get the win.

Its a really really hard decision and doing both this season would be a dream come true. But hand on heart i would have to say the FA cup. Finishing 4th is all well and good but what happens if we get knocked out in the qualifying round -
This is a season defining game imo if we win top 4 is still a possibility if we lose or draw i think it will be out of reach. But even if we dont get top 4 this will still be one of my most memorable seasons for a long long time. 2 Wembley appearances maybe 3 and a team with a bit of fine tuning and 1 or 2 additions could possibly challenge for top 4 in years to come

Watched Dead man running last night. Not a great film but worth a watch in my opinion.

Rubbish game and a rubbish performance from the lads. Downing was useless which has become a bit of a habit since he come back from injury. All in all very dissapointed
