Im almost certain they will have discussed all this way in advance, and as someone else said its 2014 ffs many modes of communication available. Plus it would be Faulkner etc dealing with negotiations. You'd think a potential signing would like to speak to the manager in person before committing though Maybe they already have? Or could do over the phone? Just trying to find something to cling onto... we need an attacking mid!!

Seems to me that he's the kinda person who would buy into Lambert's strategy and feel comfortable at the club, there's young English talent at the club and we have been in the past a breeding ground for England internationals.... He's not going to play at Chelsea!

Interesting, what kind of a Midfielder is he? Box to Box? Defensive or an attacking mid? If we got him and Hoolahan then that's not too bad really! He's 24 so he's not a rookie from the lower leagues. (over 150 games for Torquay and Bournemouth).

If we got Hoolahan and Loe in we will have had a good window, adding experience into the squad in places we need it.... Would love a CB too.. but with Okore back soon we might not need one!

He's far from quick mate, infact hes pretty slow. Fair enough I made the assumption he was fast =/ haha Sowwie!! Nothing to be sorry about just ive seen him a few times this season and thought i would point it out, you almost expect an african DM to be quick really. Hopefully that doesnt sound racist. Tbh this was my thought track too! =P

I know nothing about him at all but his sprint speed rating of 34 on FIFA suggests he might not be the quickest ! that seems too loe, IMO.

I wouldn't mind Kakuta if it was a permanent transfer, he's a tricky pacey winger, would mean if we take Weimann or Gabby out of the wings we can play the same way!

dont think we will get another striker in maybe a target if and when benteke goes I think he "can" play as a AM or a CF... Not sure though, thought he played behind Benteke at Genk?

He is more of a CDM than an attacking midfielder though, would add experience to the center of the park!

<3 ohhhhhh Christian benteke!!! <3 loved how he dominated skrtel and toure!! He's such a beast! Hope he stays next season BUT let's focus on the here and now!! We have one of the best young strikers in Europe! Lets get a number 10 in an really smash the boggies!!!
