  1. Possibly planning on NRC coming on in the second half when we will either need him to shore up a lead or drive us from deep!
  2. FFS Spurs have scored and I got rid of VDV from my Fantsy team as they said he was injured. We need to win this or my weekend will be depressed!
  3. Blimey, Baggies 3-1 up! Could they actually avoid relegation for once?
  4. Blimey the Russians were glad to be shot of him!
  5. Yes indeed. WOlves are to Spurs what Stoke are to us it seems. Just hope they can hold out!
  6. You can add Dunne to that, he's been our worst player this season so far. I'd agree with that, think he has been shite. Strange that what with the stories we heard about him not liking mon. Anyways Cuellar has just replaced him!!!
  7. Tbh I think Mascherano, Alonso, Torres and Gerrard would freshen us up a bit
  8. KMac selection does seem to be a bit too Football Manager today, by which I mean trying to accomodate too many wingers/attacking midfielders!
  9. Well last season we looked weak and exposed with Delph and Petrov. Petrov is (as much as i do like him) another year older and slower and Ireland is weaker and more attack minded!!!
  10. Anyone watching the game (i don't have a stream) tell me how Ireland is doing? It doesn't really make much sense KMac said he realised the mistakes he made with selection against Newcastle (which I assumed meant Ireland playing too deep) but now our line up is the same bar Collins and Gabby returning!
  11. Could get pretty exciting now. Or both sides might settle for it. We'll see
  12. what ?? We do **** all from corners. Made me laugh. Sad but true
  13. Never posted on here General, though I often read it, so I take my hat off to you for posting on this board. My friends who support other clubs are particularly jealous! I'd just like to congratulate Randy and the board on the appointment of Houllier. When O'neil walked out I was at a loss as to who we could get that would be any better than he was for us. All the names that came to mind, while thay were solid, were not, in my opinion, capable of improving on three 6th place finishes. With Houllier I believe we can do this and I am very much looking forward to seeing him take charge. My thanks to you and all involved in the Club.
  14. I think it depends on the system the new manager plays. If we have a high line then I think there is simply no place for Collins as he has the turning circle of a truck. Collins, imo, while he was excellent last year, gets turned very easily and has little pace so he performed well because we played so deep under MON. If we are playing deep then I think he is an outstanding defender and I would have him above Cuellar!
  15. It all sems to have gone a bit quiet on Kris Boyd. Sorry if it's been discussed further back in the thread but has anyone heard anything as I cant be bothered to read through 100 pages Personally I'd be very happy to get him on a free!
  16. Not David Dunn Or Matty Done (Hereford player :winkold: )
  17. I have managed to find chip shop curry sauce powder which is EXACTLY like they make it in the chip shop, so the amount of oven fish and chips I eat is really quite dirty :?
  18. Not sure if this helps? There is a link on the comments as well. Link
  19. Bale may have this absurd streak but he's still a top player/prospect imo.
  20. Also I would prefer to see a Delph/NRC pairing more than NRC/Petrov as I think this would probably be our most effective but they are MON's least favourite of the four so i doubt that will ever happen.
  21. I would say that Petrov has done this a lot more times than Sidwell!
  22. Should we go all out for this or allow a rest for some players? I would go for: Guzan Young Collins Dunne Warnock Sidwell NRC Delph Milner Heskey Gabby or Young or Albrighton (depending on fitness etc.) With a bench of: Friedel Cuellar Shorey Albrighton/Young/Gabby Albrighton/Young/Gabby Petrov Carew What do you reckon?
