Was literally going to post the same thing. He’s an arrogant, patronising piece of shit at the best to times, but his commentary today has been ridiculous. I thought Carragher was bad when commentating on Liverpool games, but today was another level.

Having slept on it I’m actually not too disheartened about the result yesterday. Brentford have found some confidence recently, and just played United off the park in recent weeks. Under Gerrard, and probably Smith, we would have lost yesterday’s game 3-2. Emery has instilled a fight in this team and I can’t see heads dropping as a result of yesterday’s match..

And if they win they could be 6 points behind us if they win their other game in hand. Our inability to defend is my biggest concern right now. That and the fact that, since the turn of the year, whenever we have a game that could really make a difference we throw it away. But, these **** injuries are pissing me off more than anything. Yet it barely gets a mention when poor poor Newcastle have so many injuries.

If they grab 4th it will be because we’ve **** up as opposed to them being good. We have to make sure we don’t run out of steam, and also getting back to our early season form would be nice as well.

If you take out the games that we've lost this season, we would be averaging 2.57 ppg, which would have us top of the league by 12 points after 31 games. Next season is going to be a piece of piss.
