Thanks mate. Yeah I went out yesterday for a run and the wind, rain and sun was unpredictable can imagine it was a nightmare for a race day. I’m hoping for 4.5/5 hours for London but not putting any pressure on myself. I’m more concerned about the time my family will be waiting around for me I feel better going into this one than the last time as I struggled with my IT band massively whereas this time I’ve managed my load and my body a lot better.

I’m running London Marathon 2 weeks today for the second time - charity runner so not worried about time. Looking forward to the day now. Training has been a slog!

Hopefully English teams do well this week in Europe and we can feel a bit more confident 5th will be enough for CL.

Kidderminster Harriers still clinging on to their National League place, just about. Phil Brown came in a few months ago and has a decent record taking over from Russ Penn. They beat top of the league Chesterfield 3-1 away yesterday in an unexpected win keeping them in touch with the teams above them. Would be a huge turnaround if they do manage to survive!

Mind the gap… Easy work in a game I was fearing as they usually treat us as their cup final. Another record Emery has halted with the winless run at home against these. 3 points on the board and one less game to play. CL is getting closer now. Great impact by Zaniolo and Duran. Diaby class as well! Loved it!
