Our players don't seem to evolve and improve. The same poor mistakes are being made 3 seasons later which tells me they aren't being coached properly Westwood has not improved 1 bit in 4 seasons

I agree but there is defo something wrong at villa. We keep saying massive clear out of players but it's getting worse. I firmly believe the coaching staff aren't up to the job. I would be happy seeing him play at villa park at any level

My son plays for a academy and even at that level you would be shocked that just the presence of some coaches walking past make the boys play 10% more.

We're gona need a lot of new players. As quite a few are snaking their way out. Richards.lescott. Amavi. Traore. Veretout. Gana. Ayew and hopefully shabby Confidence will be just as importance as the actual players.
