Dier is the most bang average midfielder ever, just average at everything, he would suit being at a club like Brighton or Burnley, nowhere near good enough for top 6 teams.

Terry is a year older now remember and not fit, would take 2-3 weeks to get fit and even then any strikers with pace will rip him apart, thing is he probably is better than what we have, shows how desperate we are.
