451 with Gabby seems to be the popular choice now, so are people really thinking that a fit Carew shouldn't start now? This seems a bit of a major turn around from the other week when some were calling for Mons head for not making Carew the first name on the team sheet.

If it closed tonight then No. Do I like the look of the players brought in so far then YES. But without knowing the final squad its difficult to judge. Reportedly the net spend is about 5m I think, and if you take away money not yet spent on Delph or the Peace Cup win maybe 3m or less ?. So with that I would like to see a bit if not a fair bit more spent on the squad.

A few of my villa friends I spoke to today had no idea this is on tomorrow, or who we are playing. I watched the Malaga game in a pub I watch the games I dont go to and it was only me and 4 mates and another group of 4 lads. The Malaga ground on TV looked so empty I cringed away, at the thought of any potential (spanish) signings that might of turned up.

Earlier this year I completed one of my ambitions in life, Pizza dipped in Balti. It was as good as I always new it would be. Only having curry is a bit boring now, I feel I may have ruined my relationship with Indian food for ever. I've tried cheesy nann but it is just not the same. I sometimes wish I could go back to that day and stop what happened but I cant. I will always love Indian food even if I know our best days are behind us. I'm willing to try again and I'll have a chicken ceylon with pilau rice, but only when the time is right.
