Turners X Villian

Hi fellow Villa fans, please see a quick intro of myself below. Irish male 49 years old and following Villa 41 years to be exact, and to be quiet honest I am looking forward with so much optimism to the season ahead. On the flip side the last time I was this enthusiastic was the 1985/86 season when Villa made a lot of decent signing for the season ahead. I recall reading the weekly Match magazine and remember Villa being tipped for a great season ahead and the so called expert tipped Villa to finish second in the league, sadly things did not turn out so well that season. That season we faced Spurs on the first game of the season and got thumped 3-0. Fingers crossed we will get a better result this time around :-) My user name derives from the two football clubs that I support, I am a season ticket holder of Cork City FC in the South of Ireand and they play their home matches at Turners Cross stadium and the Villian in the name needs no further explanation.
