    Much more “original AC” feeling than the last 3 of Odyssey, Origins, & Valhalla. I’m not very far, but I get the sense it’s a dense, smaller map with emphasis on stealth instead of a sprawling world combat RPG

    It’s easier for me to watch away matches in the US than it is for the supporter who lives down the street from Villa Park. Asinine.

    She’s devastated but not showing any signs of troubling behavior (our doctor gave us a booklet on what to look out for). The first thing we were told is “neither of you are at fault, nothing you did caused this to happen.” It’s easy to ask what happened and get frustrated when the doctors don’t have an answer, but I think we both realize that this is part of life and honestly a fairly common occurrence.

    Mrs MNVillan & I have been trying to get pregnant for a couple years without success. We weren’t sure it was even possible due to some intense chemotherapy she went through back in 2019. We finally achieved pregnancy, but on Friday went in for an 8 week ultrasound and they could not detect a heartbeat. Needless to say, it has been a crushing blow to us. However, I do take a little solace in the fact that now we know getting pregnant is a possibility.

    I’d say I’m surprised that I can’t order a shirt with the UECL badge on it via the online store, but sadly I’m not.

    Want a shirt with the Conference League badge, but the ECL badge isn’t a customizable option online. An AVFC store rep said they can’t guarantee it will ever be available. I’m proud we’re in Europe and want something to commemorate our first European Tour since I started following, but alas.

    I’m bummed, I usually get a pair of shorts. Really like the goalkeeper shorts this year, but green & black have both been sold out for a while in XL. I’m surprised it’s taking this long for a restock (if there is one).

    History. Alcohol has been relatively ubiquitous in most society for thousands of years. Wine is in the Bible. Synthetic drugs, on the other hand, are a more recent “invention.”

    An average night for me was 6-8 beers. A heavy night was 10. A day off was 12-14. It was more than just the amount though. I was hiding my drinking, waking up in the morning trying to think about how long until I could “acceptably” drink, etc. I don’t have a crazy rock bottom story like some do (I never ended up in jail, got a DUI, etc). My life got pretty grim though, I was consumed by alcohol. I do not recommend it.

    I was going through 60-80 units per week, if that makes you feel any better. I went through treatment in late May - early June and have now been sober 74 days. It’s not easy, but my life has changed in only 2.5 months. Feel free to DM me if you want to chat.

    As others have mentioned, it’s stuck between being a clean look and being “so bad it’s good.” I don’t mind it for a third shirt, but if we’re going the “weird” route, let’s get WEIRD with it.
