    Lets not get our knickers in a twist i cant judge the lad but im just saying from a cautious point of view, i havent called for a stop to the deal but just hope we are not wasting money because every signing has to be very smart now this FFP stuff is getting out of hand when we be able to sign players for £50million again because everything is extremely tight for transfers

    Crysencio Summerville is a much better option from the championship, he's the type of player Liverpool would sign and turn into monsters like they have done recently with Jota or Mane

    I agree and besides if we get docked 10 pts so be it, its worth the risk, our boss will get that all back in no time.

    That type of player doesn’t have to be 40 million plus if you have a world class recruitment strategy and top coaching to enhance and it wouldn’t be more than 1 or 2 signings either as i feel we jus need a slight touch or two.. our current form/position will tell you nothing major is required… for example a Nico Williams coming in would increase our chances drastically and we would be more confident with that extra quality and I know he would be slightly more than the 40 million mark but yeah lets go and get stuff done.

    I rated Carruthers very highly back in 2011/12 … tipped him to be a star for us, i remember when he came on against liverpool and held his own, put together crisp passes and all sorts but didnt get a good run of games unfortunately and i think thats all it takes sometimes getting regular minutes with top quality players. Because the drop can be damaging if that isn’t maintained

    Reyna is no better than Rogers and I’m not even keen on Rogers but thats just my opinion think we can find another machine elsewhere and stop restricting ourselves have a look in portugal or brazil must be some don dadas over there surely

    We need to be looking to bring in players that are going to keep us in the top four i think thats the most sensible statement to make and Rogers is not someone I’m banking on to help achieve that, thats not saying he isn’t good but we can wait until the summer for players like that… right now we need some beasts, Monchi needs to be more confident and go for some sensations !

    I agree they are quality signings and theres always that element of risk it doesn’t work as well and that goes for every club, zaniolo/lenglet an example without being too harsh on them but we are allowed to assess players as fans too.

    So the best we can get is Morgan Rogers who is compared to Archer and Bidace in terms of potential by boro fans im sure we could go south america or somewhere in Europe and find someone in a higher bracket surely… two bids rejected is a sign

    His profile and stats plus age are like a match made in heaven from what i looked at… but I’ve never really seen him play… anyone able to certify if he is someone that would propel us forward? @burchy or any others
