I can understand that working under this regime is not easy at the moment, and that we have a few injuries too. But NOTHING can explain how we are only capable of getting 23&27% possession against Southampton and Swansea respectively. It is simply unforgivable. No matter how bad a team is, being able to make 5 consecutive passes to each other is bread and butter for professional footballers. They are clearly not being trained well, or not being instructed well. The problems are mostly positional, organization and tactical. Having a tight budget and injuries are not even half of the problem I am seeing on the pitch at the moment.
