To be fair, it's only 3 games in and the quality of the opposition has fallen. At this point last season we'd beaten Bournemouth, lost 1-0 to Man United, and lost to Palace after a huge goalkeeping/defender mistake in the 90th minute. Similar enough start.

I always thought Lescott made Laursen look like an amateur. Always the consummate professional. He deserves his chance on a stage as illustrious as Glasgow. Best of luck Joleon. I'll miss your tweets the most.

Some posters here were slagging him before he'd even kicked a ball this season. Lesson: if a player has scored 20+ goals in a division before, don't totally write him off before he has been a given at least 3 or 4 games.

Just watched it again. That pass by Bacuna was shambolic. The first-touch pass from near the edge of the box that perfectly sets up a sitter is a beauty rarely seen. Pity he hit it to an opposition player, from the wrong box.

Gandhi had more of an attacking threat than Cissokho. Side will be much improved when Amavi is back.

Controversial opinion: Hutton and Richards, under good management, will probably do just fine as right-backs this season.
