Am I right in thinking McGinn is now suspended for 10 yellow cards? Good luck picking a midfield for the next game!

I've seen enough, sign this lad up as a priority in the summer. Best defender at the club!

Joke of a decision, not to mention the fact he was offside. Just at the point we were looking like we were going to equalise. But according to most (including on here) we were outplayed for 80 mins. Obsolutely changed the game. Even their 3rd took an unfortunate slight deflection off mings right onto Sharpes head. We were far from as bad as most people would have you believe.

So basically it again shows the SAME video from a different angle in SLOW MOTION.
In SLOW MOTION he would have been able to glide mid air whilst falling forward and looking down. smh
What is seen there happened in a fraction of the time.
ALSO, why would you think Reading would put this up in a positive light?
To be clear Im saying that this new angle has swayed my opinion slightly that he is definitely completely innocent. Not because it's in slow motion or because of what Gomez has to say. Yeah, I agree Reading are not going to put a positive spin on the incident. I'm still not saying that he did it on purpose, only he knows. The first angle i saw looks like he totally had no idea he foot was going to land on the guys face. This angle looks a little bit like mings foot came down a slight fraction less naturally than his normal stride should have taken him. It might just be the camera angle or just me. Far from conclusive anyway.

I hate to drag this back up again. But this video shows the incident from a different angle and I hate to say I'm not as sure as I was at first that this was an accident. Still hope he is in the correct frame of mind for the game tomorrow night. UTV

Jesus, imagine if it was an inch either side, it could've blinded him and end his career.
I've heard Mings done this to Zlatan to?
Yeah he got a 5/6 game ban for that one. He looked at Zlat before in that one. Today's was far from that.

'Being released was like a relief’: more players allege Aston Villa bullying
More players coming forward now. No smoke without fire. Obviously the investigation needs completing first but I hope his days are numbered at Villa now. He's like a bad smell lingering around the club. I'm sure the new owners will want him gone as well.

Fair play to the guy.

K Mac has been suspended after more bullying claims!
QuoteAston Villa have suspended their long-serving youth coach Kevin MacDonald from working with players, after a former graduate of the club, Gareth Farrelly, came forward to tell the Guardian about his claims of relentless bullying from MacDonald in the mid-1990s.

Mr consistent for such a long time, not missing a single league game for yonks. Many on this site saying hes Premier league standard. First sign of a drop in form and he's turned on. Personally think he's playing through a bit of an injury due to lack of options. Give the guy a break!

Dean Smith when asked, "Why were you shouting at your players to get up whilst 2-0 up? Surely you could have sat back and played it safe? Why take the risk?"
" My philosophy is this : 1-0, 2-0 or 5-0 up: never ever settle for it, you must be hungry for more. If you do sit back not only are you inviting the opposition to get back into the game but you are showing them mercy. You have to look at the bigger picture, I don't only want us to destroy our current opponent's. I want to breed fear into our next ones "

Maybe it's just me but I thought he had a really good game last night (unusual I know)!
