Birmingham, more child poverty than any other area and its going to get worse with the council going bankrupt, this shouldn't be happening in a country as rich as ours, disgraceful that those in power are allowing it to happen.
  2. Could we sell Ramsey and buy Jack and would it make sense from a ffp and would we think it was a good deal. I'm thinking it would be if he can stay fit but it's a close call tbh.
  3. So you would pick Rashford over Ollie for England but Ollie over Rashford for club football? Shame Ollie what get the chance to show his club form for country, as I have pointed out earlier hes a far more complete player than Rashford, who isn't at bad player, he's just not as good as Ollie , IMHO.
  4. Ollie or Rashford? I know who manure fans would prefer, Ollies stats are at the top of the pile for assists and goals, add his defensive work to that and his lack of injuries and work rate and he is ahead of Rashford or Toney by a country mile surely? Southgate, given half a chance, won't take him.
  5. Sheffield will beat Spurs, Archer will score the winner and we will get 4th, this is the way.
  6. The principle of it sounds good but historically these bodies don't work, our government's have a historically proven track record of failure when it comes to regulators. Not sure what role the FA plays in all this, isn't it their role to govern football matters?
  7. Ian Coucher, chairman of Ofwat. Sounds like he's on a considerable amount, while allowing the water Companies to pump untreated sewage into a natural waterways, maybe he can sort football out. "Coucher lives in Argyll & Bute, Scotland and lists his car as an Aston Martin DB9. He married Tanya Nightingale in July 1993 in North Yorkshire. He was previously married. He enjoys cycling and birdwatching and owns a country house and 173-acre estate by Loch Sween on the Sound of Jura in Scotland which he has named ianland https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iain_Coucher
  8. I fear the worst tbh, who's gonna pay for this quango and what government regulator has done any good, the water ones a disaster for starters. More jobs for the rugby playing Eaton boys network.

    Jhon Durán

Duran goes for goals at all costs, that's why Ollie and him will not work atm. Plus they both want to play in the same area of the pitch. I think Emery started with 2 up front to help give our defenders an out ball if our McGinn-less midfield struggled to offer an out ball, but it didn't work, the ball didn't stick up front and any longish ball was more or less immediately pumped back into our own half after our forwards failed to pick up the either the 1st or 2nd ball. I don't think Duran was particularly to blame for this and he did show some promise in certain parts of his game. Where Duran can benefit us, atm, is coming on late in games where we are chasing something, he's a wild card for us and if he was playing for our opposition I would be very worried to see him coming on with 20 minutes to go, you just know he's going to get chances and pressure the defenders.
  10. What the government did with the miners pension fund was and still is a huge scandal, the government still feeds of the excess funds and the miners pay for it. https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/politics/pension-rip-leaves-retired-mineworkers-28702309 Pension rip-off leaves retired mineworkers unable to afford family funerals Welsh ex-miner Emlyn Davies, 77, could not scrape together the £2,900 needed to bury his wife and lives with his daughter because he only receives £61 a week after 26 years down the pits The Tories are refusing to use £1bn of investment windfalls to boost miners' pension funds(Getty Images) By Nigel Nelson 18:00, 10 Dec 2022
  11. More bizarre .....West Ham playing basketball in both boxes, penalty not given to us for a blatant hand ball and then moaning about a goal not being given that was pushed into the net, by an arm, after being passed to the arm by another arm, why wasn't the goal given?
  12. Just hope he helps them beat Spurs, be lovely if he scores to beat them and we go onto to get top 4 as a consequence, be the most important goal he scored this season
  13. He's gonna get hurt if he goes in with another big hitter, time for him to retire, shame I liked watching him fight but time waits for no one.
  14. They have some good players , Ganacho is a handful. At Old Trafford they are difficult to beat. Liverpool were similar to how we play, Good possession but no final ball or killer instinct. Nunez was back off form, Elliot...I know he scored but to me he's not good enough.
  15. Needs to be explained by the officials, horrendous decision.
  16. Looked OK but needs to be careful with his yellow cards, he was on a yellow and stuck a challenge in that could easily have got him sent off. That's why he was brought off. Good going forward though.

    Jhon Durán

So direct, plays with an arrogance that only certain strikers have. Caused Ajax real problems with how direct he was.
  18. Comes to something when we are charged that much for something that falls from the sky for free. Just needs to convince the Mrs a composting toilet is the way to go and I can tell em to do one......gonna take some time
  19. Sounds like he's being reading Putins guide to building an army, "shortened sentences for young offenders" if they agree to join, I quit at that point to keep my blood pressure under control.
  20. Linesmen, with an offsife flag, stopping Everton on a great counter attack, the decision was marginal at best. Typical manure decision.
  21. Parker vs zhang was an interesting fight, Parker did really well, ducking under Zhangs range, took a couple of heavy shots, two knock downs but battle through and took it on points. Parker has a huge heart, great boxer.
