  1. Who thinks his bigger than Villa. Baffling.
  2. David Cameron is heading up negations for Randy Lerner with President Xi of China negotiating for the Chinese consortium. Negotiations ongoing.
  3. Smithers will help with the squad clear out.
  4. Not looking promising: http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2015/06/08/ron-vlaar-i-think-i-can-go-a-step-higher-than-aston-villa/page/1/ Charming. He thinks too highly of himself.
  5. Given that the 'frontrunners' signed exclusivity and a non-disclosure agreement, I wouldn't think so. The Tony Adams crew went public in an attempt to find more investors, so a non disclosure agreement would've been pointless if it was them.
  6. Nope. @JamesNursey on twitter. I see the confusion, but I did mean James Nursey.
  7. Likely Sherwood will stay by the looks if things. Have to see how it pans out in the next few weeks. One thing is clear, nobody has a clue which of the 3 parties is the "frontrunner" so it's likely Nursery is guessing as usual, but he could be right. Then again, he said that Clark could go to WBA this summer......
  8. Good Idea tbf, rest the key players for the FA cup and experiment with new players and give then some experience. Another reason to beat Southampton.
  9. Knowing Villa's luck he'll have a disagreement in the summer over a DOF or transfers and resign!
  10. Reading this thread has completely put me off the takeover. Lerner please stay
  11. Think he will be given a run around with Robinson and a few others against Burnley, if we confirm safety at St Mary's.
  12. Just goes to show, high prices don't = good players.
  13. Hello Villa Fans! My first match was one of fond memories, as my uncle who had a season ticket at the time, offered to take me to watch the Villa.Being a local Brummie I was excited to go at the tender age of 7, I couldn't refuse. I remember my first match was against Chelsea, and I managed to spill my drink down the guys in front after we scored. Not so good. While the club's fortunes have changed, I am as passionate about Villa as I was 10 years ago. The future of our club hangs in the balance on the outcome of this season, leading to an entertaining but equally stressful time. I love Villa and I am both excited and fearful for our future. Regardless, I wish to talk to those who too, share my love for the Claret and Blue. VTID
