  1. Not sure if it's been mentioned and will be irrelevant if he goes on loan but would he count as a club developed player in terms of a European squad?

He was an academy player but pretty late on after getting him off West Brom.

We could have just signed Kai Havertz.☹️

I watched Levekusen on my stag do. A 0-0 draw with Hoffenheim. Haverz and Bailey played, Can't remember either doing much (alcohol may not have helped) Diaby was an unused sub (obviously pretty young though)

  3. I think the big concern with the Saudi league, is what is their end goal? My thinking is that it's not necessarily that they want the league to rival Europe's best. I think they want several teams to be at a standard that they would compete against the better teams in Europe. They will then go all 'Liv golf' and launch another attempt at a Super league, featuring the usual clubs from Europe and these Saudi teams.

The question would be 359 of how many?

If they're putting half out to season ticket holders and keeping half for single game purchase, that would be an horrific sales figure - 141?

When I got the email Thursday it was 388. I doubt many of this new season ticket had been sold before that, so that is 29 and they were pretty much all today.

Maybe about 110 upgraded their their season ticket for £450.

Got a picture of the seating plan/choice?

I better not be kicked out of my seat to make way for a "terrace viewer"...

I hope that it will be as OutByEaster suggests....the purchasers of terrace view will be allocated the seats that are not taken up by ST holders that are scatterecaround the Upper Holte.

This might mean the seat next to me could be a terrace Viewer, probably recognise him as he will be wearing a dinner jacket, or if it's a woman, she will be wearing a cocktail dress

This was my pic from earlier in the thread.

No chance there is that many seats together in Upper Holte. There would have been more outrage on social media if that many people had to move. I think some from lower holte had to move but that was to do with a new accessible area I think?

As said by others I think you choose a vacant seat. I'm not sure if this is done after purchase as the when you buy the Terrace season ticket the seat numbers doesn't represent a seat in the Holte

I’ve been trying to buy it since I got the email at 18:05 yesterday and it’s been unavailable since then… just takes me to a waiting list page 🤷🏻‍♂️ I guess it’s not meant to be…

That's the correct page, it just has the Terrace on there if you are logged in and eligible. It seems like a few have had the email but haven't been changed to eligible on the system so its not letting them. I'd get in touch with Villa if you want them.

They are selling a bit this morning with more on the waiting list being told they can buy one.

I'm happy to say my wife wouldn't watch it if you paid her.

Thankfully neither would mine. Considering she went to a Big brother eviction before I met her and does watch some shite. That probably says a lot for Love Island.

I don’t quite know what has to be said for you lot to realise that the account you’re referencing is not ‘ITK’. Like, this is primary school stuff.

It's straight out the fake ITK playbook. Plenty of reports that we're interested, put in a bid and still interested. Try and time reporting on a 2nd bid correct and you also get a little bit of leeway if an answer doesn't happen straight away. There's a half decent chance you might look right.

See also the ones that talk about medicals, it's pretty easy to guess and not be a million miles wrong.

He (presuming it's a he) also seems to have done the usual thing they do of just getting a bit carried away and looking more and more fake as the days pass.

  9. It's a gamble if they need to get someone else instead but it makes sense to them not rushing through with buying him as they might be able to get him cheaper if there is no other interest later in the window, not to mention a years loan if there are no takers at all when the window is closing. He knows the club so he's not missing out so much not being with their squad earlier.

That could of course back fire if they miss out on him or get desperate and have to pay what Villa are asking anyway.

It pisses me off, cause its being reported like he's the only one with issues.

Just wish Simon Jordon was on to give it some reality context.

I've obviously seen what it's about but not the interview or any other reports but the coverage will most likely help though. Of course he's not the only one to have these issues or similar but if it gives 1 person the courage to report an issue or get their own help then it's worthwhile not just for Alli himself but anybody else.

Out of interest, what does this include

The Terrace View offers a new and improved matchday experience for Villa fans, with extended access to the Holte End and exclusive outdoor terrace pre, during and post-match, new bars and kiosks, enhanced Wi-Fi connectivity, HD screens showing match highlights and much more.

With half of those supporters who participated in our survey interested in a new enhanced fan experience in the Holte End, we've focused on providing a host of benefits, including much-improved Wi-Fi connectivity, club legend appearances, welcome and half-time beverage, self-service food/drink ordering, matchday entertainment, programme and lanyard and much more.

  12. Not to say that we aren't negotiating both at the same time. Whether thats a plan B or tactical negotiation but can hardly see us getting him and Diaby. There definitely seems like something in Diaby so who knows if we are actually interested in Brennan Johnson

Thanks for that information. I'm as puzzled as most as to what that seat map even represents.

From my ST seat numbers and their position in the stand, the  Upper Holte must have around 200 to 240 seats in each row (decreasing from front to back as it's tapered by the position of Trinity Road). So how is Row 14 seat 693 available and where would that be?!!!

Yeah no idea. Surely if it was one block and those seat numbers, it can only be upper trinity? Which is why I said I'm not sure if it is actually representative of the actual seat you will have.

I wonder if they are increasing the number of season tickets available in the Holte Upper. It could be that tickets previously held for a match by match basis are now available to buy as a season ticket - provided the Terrace View Lounge is also purchased.

If it's a true representation then there is a whole block available. It doesn't actually say where it is though.

  15. We went with my mates wishes in the end and are going to Amsterdam. Looking at the fixtures I think we are aiming to go to Volendam v Heracles Almelo on the Saturday. Its also Ajax v Feyenoord on the Sunday but I imagine tickets for that aren't to easy to get hold of.

If a wealthy individual wants to pay an 18yo for dirty pics and the 18yo is alright with it its nobody's business but theirs.

Absolutely correct, however I can't fathom why anyone remotely famous would do it, without anonymity at least. The thrill of being caught? There seems so much to lose in terms of reputation, a risk of blackmail and damaging relationships even if you takeaway any moral/legal issues.

One of the most infuriating things about coffee is the various meanings of "strength". I can all but guarantee that the "strength" they're referring to is going to be an indicator of roast level and bitterness rather than anything to do with the strength in terms of caffeine content

On caffeine strength, the fact that arabica is some super standard selling point annoys me as I do like a kick with my coffee. I find most supermarkets its pretty much all 100% arabica. I really like some robusta coffees that I've bought online. I'd love to be able to get a decent blend in a supermarket, if not the robusta.
