@Demitri_C- they cannot get into the account at all. Instagram support have been shocking too, they've followed all the guidelines (incl selfie reporting) and got no help whatsoever.

The account has been reported every time it posts - yet you cannot report that the account has been hacked! Unlike FB, which is simple to report

Is there anyone out there who can help a friend of mine (and honestly it is a friend not me, I hardly even look at Instagram)? 

They've been hacked and want to get their account either back or even deleted to protect their followers/friends from the same.

They were sent a link from a friend (who it appears had been hacked too) which when used gave the hackers even details to change her email and contact nos. They then started spamming Bitcoin BS.

Any help greatly appreciated

Yep it does. It's to stop teams cheating by faking a concussion.

I think that concussion protocols should be undertaken by a (independant) doctor like the NFL and only when a player fails can the sub be made and they are immediately out for 7 days. This would protect the player and stop cheating

One thing I have seen elsewhere which could be interesting is using PPFD (point per first down) instead of PPR. It then is more closely aligned to rewarding players that actually impact the game, no matter what position they play.

Sorry but I don't see why the who gets a 1st down gets rewarded. 1st Down 9yds carry RB1 2nd 1yd RB2. Which player had most 'impact' on game? 

We used to have PPR but that seemed to over value RBs, especially the work horse types
