Are you hinting there could be something in the Ravel Morrison rumour Trent? I hope so! He's one of those players that you hate unless he's at your club. I certainly think if he signs and plays regularly he has the potential and ability to gain us some valuable points. Whether or not he has the attitude is a different question but Kevin Bond has worked with him before so will hopefully be in a position to judge whether or not he would be suitable.

With Adebayor looking likely to join West Ham and Tim talking up Senderos and Sanchez at centre back does that mean our business is done? I think that Adebayor was the striker we wanted and with Tim talking up Senderos does that mean he has stopped his pursuit of Lescott? Have a feeling our business is completed and I am pleased with the signings this summer but feel we still need a forward.

Trent can I ask what you are predicting for the rest of the window? do you think we will bring a striker in? only asking you because I know so far this window you've been spot on with everything

Think people need to be realistic, we are entering the last week of the window and have used up all of the Benteke and Delph cash, with Lerner still here we are not going to be splashing out 15m on one player (Austin) I think the best we can hope for is Lescott (2m) and Adebayor (loan) and id be over the moon if we brought those 2 in

I do have doubts over our apparent interest in Lescott, think he would be an excellent signing but nobody reliable seems to be reporting our interest

If we sign Lescott for a couple of million and bring in Adebayor on loan we are sorted and out potential starting 11 actually looks very strong. Think we are desperate for somebody like Adebayor to come in now. Experience goal scorer.

Fazio's move to west brom has broken down due to personal terms which will probably mean they will now want to keep Lescott

So with 11 days left in this window what are we all expecting to see? i'm going to guess we sign Adebayor on loan near the deadline and that will be us done!

I'm hoping we bring in a solid centre back and a forward, then I think we have a very decent squad and are covered in all areas. My personal choice for the striker would actually be Kone from Everton. Seemed almost certain to leave Everton this summer but has actually started both games this season and played well. For the centre back I hope we look abroad if i'm honest as likes of Lescott don't really excite me.

Can't see us signing anybody else this window and not sure we really need to strengthen further. Think we have recruited well and once the French league players settle properly we should have a decent side. Would maybe like to see another forward brought in on loan to give us more options.
