I like players who play hard, and Bertrand, Delph, Vlaar and Gabby all fit that bill. For all his prodigious talent, Benteke too often looks like he thinks his job is to draw fouls. Suarez was being Suarez. When they stop rewarding players who go down like they've been shot, that stuff might stop. As a referee I think a little harder when a player goes down while waving his arms wildly....most of the time it's not a foul.

Greetings all, I am a new Villa fan, just started following them last year. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana USA. I played soccer as a youth, coached my kids, and now referee the game at the youth and high school levels. Since my two oldest sons follow BPL and have their favorite teams (Spurs and Newcastle), I decided to choose a team to follow and selected Villa. I've been getting more and more interested with the expanded NBC TV coverage, and now I'd rather watch football than the NFL.
