  1. He's meant to be good, was surprised when he went to Rangers from Millwall, as presumed he would go to one of the cateogry 1 clubs in England, he was already in England age group youth teams, so would have been well known. I think he's a striker. Edit: he's actually already got some minutes in the Championship and Scottish Premier League, he was only fifteen when he made his Millwall debut

  2. Leeds third shouldn't have needed VAR as he was clearly offside, bad mistake from the officials, MIddlesbrough not doing themselves any favors with their defending though. Bamford stood on Azaz's ankle, as the commentary said hopefully that was accidental

  3. In the last four games Chelsea have failed to beat both Burnley and Sheffield United, they lost leads in both games, Burnley were down to ten men for a large portion of the game too, they needed injury time goals to beat Manchester United, both teams were as bad as each other in that game defensively, and they weren't even that great against Everton, Palmer aside, that was more about how poor Everton were.

  4. I really don't think the West Ham squad is very great, a well regarded manager would be risking their repuation by taking that job unless there's scope to rebuild big time, Moyes got them doning well as the players suit his old fashioined rugged tactics, similar to Howe at Newcastle.

Although Lopetegui has apparently been waiting for PL job after turning down Saudi offer, so maybe he would take it, again if he can spend, as saw what happened at Wolves when he wasn't able to at Wolves

They've also been linked with Tuchel.

If Newcastle sack Howe he would probably be a good fit for West Ham squad and seems the type their owners like, having appointed Bruce, McLeish, Allardyce, and Moyes twice in their time.

  5. If we're buying a new right-back I doubt we will keep Kesler, even if Cash is sold, because we will have new first choice right-back plus Kosta Nedeljković, which is enough as it is, and in addition to those we have Triston Rowe who is one of the most highly rated and consistent performers in our academy, he will probably take Kesler's place as the youth option in the squad. But Kesler still got good potential so we should definitely put buy-back option in any sale

  6. Reports from Sheffield say that we sold Archer for £9m, if Sheffield United survive we get an extra £9m to take the total fee to £18m, but if they're relegated we have an obligation to buy him back for £9m. This what their Chief Exec has been quoted as saying"Without going in to detail because there's confidentiality with it, a lot of what's been said about the deal isn't far away from the truth. I think it was a smart deal for us on the basis if we do get relegated financially it limits our risk. Long term, if Cameron goes back to Villa, anything is still on the table."

  7. Out of contract in the summer

Chris Basham, Wes Foderingham, Oliver Norwood, Adam Davies, John Egan, George Baldock, Ben Osborn, Max Lowe, Oli McBurnie, Jordan Amissah, Jayden Bogle, Rhys Norrington-Davies, Daniel Jebbison

    Plus loan players

Ben Brereton Díaz, Mason Holgate, James McAtee, Yasser Larouci

  8. He was more than an okay Champioinship player, he was statistically one of the best, for the first half of the season, a few Middlesbrough fans saying different to make themselves feel better about losing him doesn't change that. If he wasn't doing very well we wouldn't have signed him, we've got top coaching staff who can improve players, but those players have to have something about them in the first place, we can't just magically turn average players into players as good as Rogers is proving to be so far

  9. One of small heath's recent games, I think it was Cardiff, a ref was due to officiate who was an Huddersfield fan, small heath put in a complaint and they changed the referee, so if Forest, although some said the replacement ref was a Plymouth fan, not sure if that's true, but if Forest complained beforehand then it's surprising that the PL didn't just change referees

  10. It's the third time he's made the bench, today, against Lille, and also against Chelsea in the FA Cup, he's a left-back in the main, so has essentially come in for the injured Moreno. He signed his first professional contract a week or so back, and Mark Harrison spoke of him transitioning to first team football, so I suspect we will be looking to find a loan for him next season, hopefully other clubs seeing that Emery thinks he's good enough for our bench will help with that.

  11. Also, rightly or wrongly, he won't even be considered for the England job, if all else fails in terms of big name main targets, they will just turn to someone who has worked in the system such as Steve Cooper or Lee Carsley

  12. No one was expecting Norwich to get automatic promotion last season, unless they were completely ignorant of their squad and the squads of the other teams in the Championship, it was nowhere near as good as the likes of Middlesbrough's and Burnley's, it wasn't even as good as Sheffield United's who overachieved in getting automatic promotion, Coventry and Sunderland both had better players as well, it was a top six at best squad, you only have to look where they finished and where they are this season ot see that that much is pretty obvious

  13. Luton and Sheffield United both managed to massively overachived, but just because they did so, it doesn't mean that other teams that didn't overachieve failed. Plus when Norwich sacked Smith, they were above Luton in the table

  14. The idea that he was some sort of massive failure at Norwich is one of the biggest myths about him going, they were fifth after twenty-four games when he was sacked, they were in no position to be expecting any more than that because their squad simply wasn't good enough, if anything you could say he was overachieving by having them that high, they finished the season in thirteenth

  15. I imagine McGinn and Tielemans will be midfield two for Bournemouth, after how well they did against Arsenal, if they show signs of tiring, then we can rotate

  16. We usually rotate our U21 goalkeepers from game to game, which are James Wright, Filip Marschall, Viljami Sinisalo, and Oliwier Zych, but three of those are out on loan at the moment, so I think we just brought in a stop-gap goalkeeper for that reason, without him, James Wright would be our only available U21 goalkeeper

There's also Sam Proctor, who has proven he can play at U21 level and very well, and has also been part of the first team squad this sason, but have to remember with him he's only recently turned seventeen, and has had a few injuries, so his game time probably being managed

I don't think he's even contracted to the club, wouldn't surprise me if we've just agreed to give him some experience and help with his development ahead of a move to Real Union next season, we're going to be getting a lot of advantages from the partnerships with other 'V Sports' clubs, taking their best players, them giving our prospects loan time and so on, only fair that we also help them in similar ways when possible,

He's only played four games, and to be fair doesn't look that bad at all from what I've seen, decent shot-stopper and has good distribution
