    i think its nerves due to our previous inabilities to beat really bad teams. But should pick up after the first 5 minutes of us playing well...much like the story of VTs season.

    Soccer Saturday coming up with some interesting thoughts....can't remember too many times when pundits have discussed our tactics and formation as in depth. Gotta play 4-5-1 still if recovering alcoholics and cocky scots are to be believed. I would just do nearest like for like with NCR so i guess it would be bringing in gardner or even get Warnock in the role?

    Once a foolhardy left back tried taking a razor to Milner. Sadly for the footballing assailant our James bled only Bovril, and after downing a loaf of Hovis he went on to fashion a flat cap of pain out of discarded WW1 anti-personnel mines. The poor Gillingham bastard has never been seen again...

    Every day a team of northern midgets scale James Milner to mine his precious coal reserves. The coal formed from Bovril stains in his teeth, hair and flat cap laid down in the 19th Century, and has been powering Scunthorpe for 76 years...

    Born in Laaaandon, watched me first football game at White Hart Lane aged 6 against a certain Aston Villa, moved to Solihull at 8, back to London for Uni. Dad supports Fulham, rest of family are gunners. Always felt Villa pulsed through me veins though...
