  1. Bendtner is not on the team.. But this horrible guy Nicklas Pedersen was ahead of him he failed last game and was switched last night for Helenius.. either him or Makienok will start in.. Makienok is this big shed of a guy who plays in the danish league
  2. Just got called up for the national side against Armenia on thuesday.. papers believe he will get to play
  3. Hey guys just wondering, do you predict it likely Helenius will get minutes on the field.. and in what scenario would it be most likely if you were down? or in the lead
  4. Okore is usually picked its obviously due to them landing in a new club focusing on the upstart.. maybe they were even offered and said no themselves.. we won't know fact is they aren't playning...
  5. The Day Helenius plays and scores in a Premier League match... will be a busy day for me.. I have a list of forum users in Denmark I have to personally contact and say 'WHAT NOW BITCH!"'
  6. Think thats harsh judging from a few situations in this game Remember he scored 40 goals the past 2 years.. and didn't he score 2 in germany aswell in the villa shirt? He has a mean shot, of all the features he could improve on, it would be my least concern.
  7. Ironically.. a few hours before scoring this goal the U21 coach in denmark told the press that if Helenius was to ever be our first choice on the national team he would need to improve his first touch.... guy learns fast.
  8. you can just tell what a shy little boy is hiding behind that big shed in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAWGUhjTQ9I first his former assisting coach 'Allan Kuhn' jokes with the reporter when he asks what he looks forward to at the european championsship "video is from may 2012" and Allan Kuhn goes 'which... ec?.. in football?' then afterwards Allan Kuhn talks about Helenius should be on the national side for it.
  9. Helenius is or at least was a shy guy.. I dont know this for sure but I assume it started to make him feel embarrassed. Probably also because the song could fit his name. At Aab we a few years back had an American player called 'Chris Rolfe' who was just mr. friendly.. everybody loved Chris Rolfe.. when he scored people would sing to 'Go West!' 'Chris Rolfe.... is getting laid tonight... Chris Rolfe.... is getting laid tonight' I'm confident that song was all about embarrasing him we adopted that from the Chicago fans from where he came. so if for nothing else at Aalborg it was to tease Helenius at Aston Villa I suppose if you kept the song, other than just having a unique and funny song you would maybe make Helenius feel a little bit more at home
  10. Ask Helenius if he loves to fight and do cocain, and he will give you the 'what do you think?, ofc I do' look
  11. Kids should know irony. I believe most would understand the funny part is that if the song was real.. it would be far to extreme to ever be acceptabel actually you see jokes like this very often in kids shows or movies.. Not about cocain, but about doing something extreme and obviously over the top if 'things don't go my way'. but no doubht its one of the more edgy and obscure songs
  12. You made a newspaper in Denmark btw. a reporter links to user comments from the Wallsall game saying that Villa fans are 'excited about Helenius' He adds that Helenius is slowly but firmly pushing Darren Bent away from Villa (which is probably not how any Villa fan would see it) And also notes that Villa fans have adopted the obscure 'We Love to Fight and Do Cocain' Song.. Coming from a small country we are always proud when we make an impression somewhere else.
  13. Aalborg guy here can't wait to hear from you how Helenius did I'm not really used to him doing well... without scoring.. then again I'm not used to him playing anything other than sole striker.
  14. I really loved it when he was playing at Aab, cause it kinda always silenced the opponent fans.. and you could almost see them standing there going 'wtf are they singing?' besides the melody is easy and really allows for you to scream! and regarding endorsing these things.. I dont think anyone gets that impression.. I think 99,9% understands the silly charm of it. I remember a danish sports commentator laughing at the song He could just imagine this brawler guy loving drugs.......... and Helenius!!!
  15. in heated debate on danish forums right now, Copenhagen fans are rejoycing that Cornelius scored for Cardiff in a 4-2 win against some team called.. Forest Green? I think.. Aalborg and Copenhagen are battling about having produced the best attacker,(eventually one of them will be the next national side starter) FCK fans arguement has always been that Helenius wasn't bought to play in Villa, and as such, Cardiff was a better move Now after he has been given no.9 they are a bit more silent..
  16. Twitter Helenius: Get number 9 in villa;)! That is Big, and i will do my Best, to show that number i prm;) His Agent: Mads Bach Lund ‏@MadsBachLundSEG 1t @NicklasHelenius now official that he will wear shirt #9 in Aston villa. He is proud and can't wait to work his a** of for this club! #9
  17. But the women and children hehehe They will understand... its Helenius... and we love him just like we love to fight and do cocain.. theoretically.. or at least can imagine how much someone must love that
  18. So Helenius isn't playing because he had a bit of a drawback?
  19. we do have one attacker in the making though.. He was pulled to the first team this season he is 18, he is Lithuanian, his name is Lukas Spalvis.. and he has star potential he has been knocking goals in for the reserves, and also for the first team in the pre-season -> This is him for Lithuanias U21 national side. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdXvXJJeuNw
  20. Why do you suppose Helenius isn't playing? I haven't heard anything about an injury..
  21. that would be nice.. but since they haven't... 6 domestic matches you guys say, you have a team called Malaga?
  22. whats the linup prediction? will Nicklas be doing a line of coke on saturday while fighting a bit? Also is this the last pre season game?
  23. He isn't exatly similiar, he is lacking the technique of Helenius but on the other hand is stronger and a good header.. bu they had similiar conditions.. they both played the danish league.. both scored a lot of goals Cornelius 18 goals 1 assist Helenius 16 goals 7 assists they are both young.. Helenius 2 years older, but then again Helenius scored 16 goals the season previous to that when Cornelius wasn't even a pro. both of them sole targetmen of their teams The difference is: Cornelius is from the rich club FCK, they won the league and have a 15-20mill team, with no need to sell, who sold him to Cardif at 7mill Helenius is from bankrupt Aab, with a strong need to sell, pure homegrown players and yet managed to get 5th place mainly because of Helenius, and Aab sold him to Aston Villa at 2mill despite the fact that theyve had a pretty much identical run. In my opinion you made a bargain, and I don't doubth that Cornelis could be a future star, but thats a lot of money for a guy who has only proven himself one season as professional on the by far already best team in a lesser league, where Helenius played for a team that a year ago was doomed by the media to relegate and who now thanks to him is playing Europe League
  24. Not to mention we are close to bankrupcy.. we had to sell him.. and he wanted to be sold.. thats not exactly holding the 'long end of the rope' Sorry to hear that, pretty sure you'd have been looking for around 5 to 6million had you been under those conditions. I honestly believe that Cornelius was too expensive and Helenius way too cheap.. they should have both been around 4-5mill.
