  1. Done deal. Plausable, but I don't think Lerner would swallow the compensation that has introduced.
  2. My first was an amiga 1200. Can't help but think that what with the private jet being sent out, OGS must have been first choice. I think that after him saying he would wait on Villa for the next move, they will have been disappointed at the final outcome. The waiter would be a good appointment, but I don't see it fitting with the criteria that has been set out. I've got a feeling it will be someone more leftfield, simply because I can't see the favourites taking the job.
  3. as Millibend would put it, 'too fast, too hard'! the club needs to find some level of success to start balancing the books else it will be a slippery slope. Lerner needs to correct the financial mess we're in by growing the club back our rightful position of 5th most successful Premiership team!!
  4. I think it's a little implausable to think we will sell most of our first team!! Who ever comes in will have to utilise potential, and we know that most of them can have a good game, they just need to have lots of them.
  5. I'm well up for the waiter, so long as he wants us to win when we play the pool
  6. Yea I remember when they beat us 7v1 and I was thinking how **** dull they are. LOL
  7. Di Canio would add a bit of spice at Villa, and Villa could do with a bit of spice.
  8. Too circumstantial at this stage of the summer. The board however should be looking at mid table.
  9. I didn't realise that you could only participate in the forum under certain clicky condition?! Give the guy a break, if you don't wish to participate in the thread there is nothing to say that you must.
  10. Goddamn Robbo is one dapper gent. Big Mick it is for us then. :x Is that Whelan in the black and black sandals. Just making sure its not RL he is talking to. lmao
  11. Deserving of a new contract or not, he should have been approached about being released.
  12. So communication is clearly a problem at Villa, but then you read the quotes from Carlos and it looks as though the players have to deal with the same problem. I cannot believe that they never approached him about the expiry of his contract. I'm starting to think that the board are a mess! That is disgraceful.
