General , Sir, Could you please advise if Villa are looking to join in the European Club Association (ECA ) in the near future? As it could put us a good stead for the future?

Hi General, As you can see the article in question is stirringthe Villa fans even more than usual. I think we should just wait and see what becomes of this, as articles such as this, will only divert attention to the Liverpool end of the row. I agree and have listened to your earlier posts and will wait and see what happens at the end of the transfer window to see where we stand, but you cannot help the fans for being a little bit upset by all the rumours being flung around in the news. Abnd I believe if Barry did speak to the papers it was under the influence of a so called Red Team. If true we also have grounds for tapping up as Barry states, Rafa Benites has told me how much I mean to them!!!!! Let battle commence, IN MON I TRUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi General, Thanks for the reply, and no I wasnt saying our board were arguing, I was on about the Liverpool Fued, my appologies for the confusion. And the statements have reasured me a lot, thank you very much for taking the time out, as you can see a lot of us Villa Fans are speaking from the Heart and not thinking with our heads first. I will endevour to sit back and try and enjoy the Euros, but I just hate the summer and the waiting!!!!!!! I need some sort of hibernation chamber. General, I think it is about time we were told what is happening at our club as the reports show our Captain has decided to leave for our Rivals, making them a stronger team and weakening ours. I think its time the club advised the Fans , what their intentions are for us and where our future lies. As it seems the Club are not matching our Captains ambitions of Champions League football. For our Captain to leave to join a club still under tumoil with regard to the Board arguments, this really does show me that we have no ambitions as a club to challenge the Top4. We are miles behind even Spurs at the moment and it pains me to say we will struggle to get any players to join us. I cannot see how this shows as an example to the other players in the squad, next season if Ashley has another good one, are we going to let him join Liverpool as they are on the lookout for a Winger!!!!! Who next after him, I must say I am really really dissapointed in the whole situation at the moment.

All I can say is I LOVE this football club more and more each week. Even my Egg chasing work mates have asked regarding the Acorns news, it is amazing coverage!!!!!!
