Unai complemented him nicely in the post match interview. Said that he had offered him to leave both in the summer and in Jan but he wanted to fight on. He’s been a decent squad player for us, they all play their part.

Didn’t see the game but he’s a loan player and how he’s performed so far I don’t think there is a future for him here. Sad, really, I thought he would have come good. Having said all that IF Unai decides to sign him then I’m a believer, that’s the confidence I have in the Don.

Absolutely. Unai is not using it as excuses so we should not. We’ll always find a way.

This guy has changed this club in the 18 (?) months he’s been here. Would not have been able to do it with our fantastic owners as well. We are fourth just as close to 1st as 6th despite a slump in form. It’s just amazing isn’t it?

Not confident for this one. We have a much better chance if Pau is fit but otherwise our form against the "bigger" teams has been poor in the past 6-7 weeks.
