    Yes, it was a good analysis, particularly about the tactic of keeping Watkins, Diaby, Zaniolo and Rogers in attacking positions while Arsenal were attacking.

    I reckon even @TRO would approve of that! Excellent performances all over the pitch and perfect game management by Unai. It was particularly pleasing that we came out for the second half very very focused and took control of the game - none of that 45-60 minute wobble nonsense today! Every player was MOTM today but the bedrock of our success was the defending in the first half and Carlos was central to that so my vote goes to him. Now… what are the prospects of us catching up with Arsenal and Liverpool?

    The irrational dislike of Zaniolo on this board never ceases to amaze me. He is clearly improving and having a really good match today

    Funny, before the match I was mentally prepared for us to be outplayed and lose the match. But we are competing so well now that I will be really pissed off if Arsenal win this.

    He also needs a refresher course on where the technical area boundary is. A couple of times I thought he was going to tackle Zaniolo himself.

    Very exciting game so far. A bit too exciting for me! So sorry that Watkins chance didn’t go in! Zaniolo and Rogers doing good. Carlos good in defence. Martinez = king of the world.

    They’re playing those games at some pretty crazy times as well! I do miss the time when all matches started at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon.

    Try thinking instead of how good out felt while each of the 97 goals we have scored so far this season went into the opposition net.
