  1. General, Another thread has again peeked my interested in this subject. While I'm sure your not 100% privy to all the in's and out's of the TV deal in place with the premier league and Sky/Satanta/BBC, do you have any idea of the broadcast rights with regard to streaming games via the Internet? I again broach this subject as an international based Villa fan (New Jersey, USA) who is becoming frustrated with the fact that I wish to watch my team play, but find that the coverage simply is not available. I'am a Villa World subscriber and have been since it's inception, but I'm sure you can appreciate that listening as opposed to watching simply does not cut it. There are methods of seeing the games online, but in my view I would much rather be playing the club money for a quality service to see the team play live. (Think season ticket holder who is unable to attend games, due to a rather large body of water in the way) I realise that other prorities exist right now and this may be a little way's down the agenda, but some insight into if the club plans to do anything along these lines in the future would be appreciated.
  2. I've been a subscriber since it's inception basicly, maybe 3-4 years I forget. Being stuck in New Jersey, it's great to be able to fall back on something if I can't get P2P going, or one of the channels over here isn't showing it. Right now through Direct TV I'm paying $15 for Setanta (Which is excellent btw) and a sports package which includes the Fox Soccer Channel for $30. We usually get to see the live sky games and 1 or 2 of the PPV matches. (Villa have been on quite a lot actually, wasn't last Saturday our first away game kickoff at 3pm?) In essence the reason for my posting the fees for the channels is that I would much rather give this money a month to Aston Villa to be able to watch the game live from the website. I'm not sure what the views of other foreign based Villa fans are, but my view is that it's not so much cost as being able to watch our team play.
  3. General, Apologies if this question has been asked before. Are there any plans in the future to have our matches televised via the internet for fans living abroad? I have been a subscriber to Villa World since it's inception, but I'm sure you can relate to the fact that just being able to listen as opposed to being able to watch are two completely different things. (Have been living in the United States for the past 7 years) From my own point of view cost is not really my primary concern, I just want to be able to see my team play. My wife and I took a trip to Columbus for the pre-season friendly, it was awesome seeing you at the game, getting into it with the fans.
