I've been stalking this thread for a while now. It's great to hear of everyone's progress (and find some cheer on VT!!). Does anyone have any thoughts or opinions on DeFranco's Built Like a Badass/Westside For Skinny Ba**ards routines? Also, further to sexbelowsound deciding to experiment with intermittent fasting. I am experimenting with weighted carries - farmers and waiters walks to see what impact they have on upper back development and cardio. Keep up the good work all!
