I'm happy with MON, if for any reason O'Neill left then i'd happily take Mourinho. I wouldn't trust any world manager to understand the current situation and manage our growth, i think MON is 100% suited for the job. I'm also astounded that some factions have so little belief in our manager when our owners back him to the hilt. Surely the conviction of such a collection of intelligent minds should easy some worries.

MJ, Buy a 360, by all accounts PES is goin to be better on that than the PS3 simply because the developers have ironed out the problems they had with the 1st one, while PS3 dev's don't have that luxury.

Slurp, Slurp, i disagree with a fair few points, mostly because the last time i checked, the transfer window was still open. Another point is, how on earth could Luke Moore do the same job as Harewood? totally different types of player, Harewood will replace Carew to give the opposition the defence a continued athletic battering, while giving Gabby (And LUKE) the chance to nip in and take advantage of changes, not in a milion years would you get Luke performing the same job as Carew or Marlon because he isn't built the same way. It is also very much MON's style to have Two big strong forwards, supplemented by skillful, quick goalscorers. Just look at his Celtic side, on occasions he had Hartson and Sutton with Larsson and Bellamy. Everyone's entitled to their opinion of course but for the site owner to come out with an article like this sets a precedent for the whole site.

I still have a VCR but rarely use it. It's just incase i want to watch anything from my ever deminishing Video collection (i've slowly swaped my VHS for DVD version and currently only hold stuff that isn't available on DVD) I don't use it for recording either as you can get most stuff off the interweb anyway.

Seriously i know what im talking about, I've been championing PES for years(from when it was ISS on the SNES), i've had it on my PC every season it's been available on said format and on PS2's and i still play PES5 (xbox version) on the 360. It just that PES6 is literally garbage, it's half done and you get too many people online who don't play proper football, they use the old tactic of fast wingers, then pass, pass, pass across the 18 yd box, then tap-in. I hope they get nxt seasons right, cause this year i actually found the DS version more enjoyable than the 360 version. Oh, and it has nothing to do with kits and names, cause i normally patch my PS2/PC version anyways. I think there was a review done by Rev?!? maybe when PES6 first came out for the 360 which i think summed up my feeling. I think for once the PES team stood still instead of the EA team.

While for the 360, Fifa is currently better imo than PES6, it breaks my heart to say that. It's just PES6 is awful for the 360.

We are all competing for players, we have our plus points but so do the other two clubs. Martin O'Neill has a big reputation, as does Sam Allardyce If i was a professional footballer with no ties to Aston Villa, i personally would probably join Newcastle as it all stands now The opportunity to play alongside the likes of Owen, and the opportunity to play in front of 52,000 soon to be 60, every week would be a big factor, as it is too many players who comment on how great it is too play on such a big stage as St James's Park. Also some players would consider West Ham, the chance to live in London as a plus point, but the fact West Ham are prepared to offer the likes of 60 grand + out to players is another bonus. The opportunity to play under Martin O'Neill and to train in top quality facilities would also draw me towards Villa Each team has there deluded fans, as we saw with that West Ham fan the other day, but there is not a big enough gap between us, Newcastle and West Ham, to think we should have some divine right to sign the likes of Barton if we want him. you'd be deluded if you did join them then, Newcastle are in shit loads of debt and will make a couple of superficial signings to appease the fans for half a season.

Nobody Maz, anyone MON has wanted as long as they've been for sale we've signed them. That Parnaby story was Small Heath Bollox, they did it for a whole when they first came up, claiming every signing they brought in had been a villa target.

From the day he joined i've known what to expect from him, a glut of goals is not what Carew's reknowned for. What's Carew settling in also got to do with it? To say Carew is one of your fellow country men, you don't half bitch about him. I'm bloody proud to have big John Carew at our club and i honestly believe he's settled.

No we can't because boro are losing two strikers in christie and viduka.Aliadiere only fills in one of the striking positions.We don't have to worry i reckon.Moore wouldn't choose to leave villa for boro and mon himself said he isn't trying to force anyone out and that he it would be great to keep the club's promising youngsters.
