  1. “Work shoulder to shoulder with trade unions to stand up for working people, tackle insecure work and low pay. Repeal the Trade Union Act. Oppose Tory attacks on the right to take industrial action and the weakening of workplace rights.” Nice one Keef, sounds great. Oh.
  2. Sharon Graham isn't messing about, and won't take crap from anyone when her members are getting messed about. Unite under her are heavily focused on their industrial strategy. Love to see it personally. Give the workers what they want. They've earned it. A Labour Council hiring scab workers is as low as it gets. No shame whatsoever.
  3. You're all wrong. If you couldn't get excited by episode 6, then Star Wars isn't for you.
  4. Damon Alban?
  5. Yeah episode 4 was much better.
  6. I've got a feeling we've had a similar thread to this before. Anyway The Adventures of Pete and Pete obvs.
  7. Ian's Gold Rush Ian Rush travels back in time to the 19th century, to see what life was like for prospectors in the American West. Channel 5, daily after Neighbours
  8. Kneel with Warnock Neil Warnock talks to prominent members of the Black Lives Matter movement, to better understand discrimination faced by black people. Vice TV, new episode every Thursday.
  9. The incomparable Ronnie Spector.
  10. Fun episode of Book of Boba Fett, but...
  11. I've got a lot of love for this picture. Would have been fun to be in that room.
  12. I'll make the joke before anyone else does. Are you sure you didn't spend the night with Jeremy Corbyn?
  13. I had a bit of a thing for Catherine Tate for a while. I'm a sucker for a ginger though.
  14. Second episode of Book of Boba Fett was excellent.
  15. Yeah Rogue One was amazing, but Donnie Yen aside, the best part was Vader being badass, and trying not to cry when you realised the last scene with Leia was set right before New Hope.
  16. Fair enough, but it honestly hasn't bothered me in the slightest. Luke appearing at the end of Mando was one of the greatest moments in TV history for me.
  17. Massive no to the last few posts. Yeah I want new characters and stories, but also hook nostalgia shit right up to my veins! Let me see Young Admiral Ackbar, The Book of Bossk, What Wedge Did Next, and The Ponda Baba Chronicles as soon as possible.

    Christmas 2021

Still can't move after my dinner. Was immense. Rib of beef, I got one of the bones to gnaw on <insert Kenneth Williams here>, pigs in blankets, roasties, Yorkshire pudding, mash, cabbage, peas, carrots. Only had one glass of red, but that was enough having cut back on the drinking a bit. Some Aldi chocolate pudding thing for desert. I don't think I'll eat again till tomorrow. Good haul of pressies, including some Samsung earbuds, and a Mandalorian helmet <insert Kenneth Williams here> mug. I had a moment of dread yesterday, when I had a feeling my parents had bought me the new Paul Weller singing with an orchestra album. Thankfully that wasn't the case. No Lynx Africa.
  19. Yeah I saw them live a couple of times. An excellent live band. Showing Hip Hop (although they were much more than that) isn't just two turn tables and a microphone (as wonderful as that can be also).
