  1. I dont think the waiting list is a real barometer for demand tbh, anecdotal obviously but I know a fair few who joined the list 2 years ago and have no real intention of getting a season ticket these days. Promotion hype for a lot of people on the bandwagon.

That's not to say it will be easy to get an ST necessarily, just that id take talk of 20k on a waiting list with a pinch of salt

Now I’m really confused about the concussion rules. Kevin Friend clocks that the Leeds player is down with a potentially serious head injury, but plays on because Leeds are on the attack, then stops play when Wolves get the ball back.

I didn’t think stopping play for head injuries was dependent on teams possibly scoring.

One of my pet hates in football, happens all the time, infuriating

Edit: maybe not "all the time" in reference to head injuries, but  injuries in general

  3. Wouldnt be surprised if every fan forum in the country had a thread with supporters moaning about the atmosphere at home games.

Unfortunately, it's just the way football has gone in this country. Home support almost across the board can be amazing but more often than not its quiet and waiting for something to happen.

I think the comparison is valid because Keinan brings the same level of energy to the team, which his team mates will appreciate.

I remember Heskey 's fantastic contribution, when Leicester fought back from four-nil down against Villa - a result which was only made possible by Heskey's selfless and tireless running.

Spot on except for the 4-0 bit and the heskey playing bit

  5. Dont blame him for not passing to CAsh tbh, Cash's final ball/shooting was abysmal all game. Plus he scored in a similar scenario couple of weeks back.

Another very good performance from him, so vital to our team

  6. West ham were rioting and trying to attack their own board members a couple of seasons back and the forums were full of complaints about the shit atmosphere

Shock horror its buzzing now they're doing well

Sometimes I think some contributors to this thread have never been to an english football game

Edit: lesson learned about reading posts properly before jumping to conclusions. Saw a reference to west ham and assumed someone was saying our atmosphere should be more like theirs

I do think the pressure was slightly easier at Rangers than it would typically have been.

Would you expect more pressure at a club that had won the league every year for the previous 5 seasons or one that hadn’t won in the best part of a decade? Expectancy level wouldn’t be as high IMO. Certainly not initially.

I think you are understating the significance of 10 in a row up there. Gerrard was under massive pressure to dodge that and he would have been lynched if he was he manager that oversaw that (even if he was only in charge for a couple of the seasons)

When you hear names like Carlo Ancelotti swirling around, you can't help but be!

He was the incumbent double winning manager at chelsea when o'neill walked. You cant be right surely
