  1. Leicester fans will be appalled but the likes of Marsch and Benitez who they seem to prefer don't exactly have stellar recent records either. I am definitely biased but think he can get enough out of that team to keep them up.

So Wolves will be without Matheus Nunes for 3 games after his touchline sending off today. Could be a big miss.

Some shocking refereeing in the Wolves / Leeds game mind.

I mean the worst decision he made was not to send Dawson off. Wolves should probably concentrate on why they are conceding 4 goal to Leeds at home rather than complaining about some very marginal decisions.

Edit again, it appears that it might actually be the Freedom of Russia legion, they're saying it is on telegram. If so, and I'm still doubtful, the conflict has officially turned into an insurgency in Russia too.

Podolyak's comment is "Russia should be vary of its own partisans"..

Local authorities in Russia say nothing of the sort is happening.

Confusing to say the least. The flag they're holding is that of the Russian Liberation Army which assisted the nazis during WW2, and not an ounce better than Russia's current regime. Smells of Putin trying to frame nazis, "look Ukraine are working with Russian nazis now!". The uniforms look too pristine, the tape is far too obvious and the guys in the video look like actors..

Putin has called off the security council meeting he was due to have, I guess he figured that everyone found out that it was as bad as that time when the GRU signed that letter from a supposed Ukrainian nazi with "Insert signature" or whatever.

There's a good thread on it here:

I'm no expert but looks like genuine far right neo-nazi types.

Since when do they check offsides if its not a goal?

Also yellow card recinded but Dougie keeps a yellow after being proved right on a VAR decision at Southampton?

Yes, because the yellow was for dissent not the foul itself. As the yellow was for the foul then once the foul is overturned due to the offside then the yellow has to be too.

Double jeopardy rule. Penalty or card, not both.

Ref thought process may have been I've just carded the keeper. That's another card unless I award penalty instead

Wait so you think he could have given him a yellow card but not awarded a penalty?!

There is no rule that states that you cannot give a yellow card if you awarded a penalty, in fact it happens all the time.

The clip just needs to start 3-4 seconds and then you will see Grealish running in front of Ramsay to ensure his heel gets clipped.

As I recall, he used to do this sort of thing for Villa and we all used to adore him for it.

It's not just that he runs in front of him, he also throws his leg out in a really weird unnatural position to ensure there is some sort of contact.

People seem surprised that when he was our player we were happy if we got decisions in our favour and when he's people call him out for it. Isn't that always the case? I very much doubt anyone is worrying too much about the decision over on Bluemoon because when it goes in your favour you take it and you can always justify it by saying 'his heel gets clipped'.

  7. The trend of football clubs doing more and more elaborate announcements for their signings and everyone gushing in the comments about how brilliant they are.

Burnley are obviously the main culprits and whilst everyone else seems to find them hilarious, to me they seem a bit smug and just aren't funny.

  8. Amazed that some thought we were lucky with the VAR decision. Pretty clearly steps on his heel.

Not a vintage performance but some nice build up play at times. Still think we ack a bit of creativity in games we are expected to win but hopefully Emery will bring in a couple more players who can offer something different in attack.

  9. I'm a bit concerned that I'm not sure Emery has worked out how we should play when we are the team who are expected to be on the front foot. The last two games have been games where we should have been imposing ourselves on the opponents but we seem to struggle to do so.

I'm sure with the addition of some of Emery's signings and some refinement we will improved but we are struggling for now.

Why's he got his hat on indoors?

Reminds me of a tale of a Sergeant Major chastising a young soldier at some Royal event in Westminster Cathedral, who'd forgotten to remove his beret. "Take your hat off in the house of the Lord...word removed".

He seems to wear it a lot when he's out. He was sat next to my manager a few weeks ago in a Wacky Warehouse in Manchester with a cap on a few weeks ago.

Thinking about it, I should get a copy of that photo and say it was taken in the one in Fradley or something. Get loads of 'clout' on social media.

I don’t know much about him either apart from he seems to have a huge amount of money (bragged to Greta on Twitter about having 30 odd high performance cars). Where did all his money come from?

From what I can tell he had various businesses but when he started to gain social media fame he started some online subscription for $50 a month which was supposed to be some kind of course on how to make lots of money and supposedly has experts in crypto etc providing content. It's very reminiscent of those guys who used to charge a fortune for seminars in how to get rich but the reason they were rich was because people kept paying a load of money to them to find out how to get rich.

Of course, if it is proven that he has been involved in human trafficking then that would be another explanation into how he has amassed his fortune.

I have not the slightest idea who this Andrew Tait is, other than a total bellend, judging by his behaviour. Related to Paul Tait, of T shirt "fame", perhaps.

He was actually a good kickboxer but that isn't why he's famous, nor is he famous for his appearance on Big Brother. He is actually famous for saying a load of misogynistic stuff on social media and gaining a load of fanboys from it. From what I can tell he's the new Alt- Right darling so he seemingly being arrested on human trafficking charges doesn't come as any great surprise.

Wolves are looking for a manager. His chance to complete the set.

More chance of him going to Walsall than Wolves. I know he's like a turd that doesn't flush but I do the one thing he seemed to have before is the reputation that he can take a struggling championship team and make them competitive, he's done the complete opposite here and I doubt anyone significant will be calling him up anytime soon.
