    P90 X

Just completed my 2nd week of this programme and all I can say is "oh my god"...what a difference I have noticed in 2 weeks, I cant wait to see the results after 90 days....This programme is unreal, I feel myself getting stronger and fitter everytime I work out...the weight is absolutley dropping off my at a rate of knots....and I have seen a real differnece in my fitness.... To quote Tony, you do have to "bring it" and give it everything you have got, and find that level of determination to do it everyday, but I truely cant wait to do it everyday....it keeps it interesting by mixing things up alot... So I would suggest to anyone who wants a change of lifestyle and is looking to get fitter and stronger to give this a go....I really really rate it so far.

    P90 X

hey fellow VTer's..... Anyone still going on this? I have just purchased P90X and have just completed my 2nd day.... I have really enjoyed the first 2 days, although found them really really hard. I am hoping I can maintain the 90 day programme and see some awesome results. I dont think I can stick vigourously to the diet though, I have pretty much cut out all the junk food anyway the last 2 months and lost over a stone just by cutting these out and not doing exercise...so hoping P90x will rip te last stone I want to shread right of me whilst giving me the little bit of definition Im looking for. Anyone on here had majorly fantastic results without sticking to their diet plan? but just eating healthy food instead?.... My diet will consist of Porridge for breakfast, chicken salads for lunch, fruit salad in the afternoon or a protien bar, with a sensible meal of an evening....maybe brown rice with chicken, fish,etc...
  3. Listen to Eminem right now....god I fookin love this guy.
  4. Sky now cahnged their statement to "solskjaer open to Villa talks" with OGS stating that "its up to Aston Villa whether there's anything more"
  5. At the end of the day none of us know anything more than we did yesterday. its all speculation on our behalf. From what we can make of it, OGS has just confirmed he has had talks with Villa, there has been no offer (as of yet) and NONE of us know whether there will be. He hasn't ruled out taking the job if one is offered, and reiterated that he will see out his contract (should he decide not to take the job or not get offered one). So until we find out if he gets offered it, or until others have been interviewed its all just speculation. Nobody knows anything more than anyone else, and we just have to sit it out and wait for it all to unfold. What I do find interesting though is how Lambert seems to have been flavour of the month at the beginning of the week, and now it seems that many have turned their opinions on him because of the OGS talks. Seems to me if Lambert did indeed now get the position certain Villa fans would now be dissapointed because it wasn't OGS and Lambert wouldn't get the full support he would have had at the beginning of the week before OGS had talks. I hope this isnt the case because I for one still think Lambert could do a damn good job here. But I also like the idea of OGS since it has emerged we are interested in him.
  6. Looks like your wrong mate, seeing as they have just been given permission to speak to Martinez.
  7. Alex, you see those shoes your standing in...they are mine next season!
  8. THIS^^^ people were SSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOO sure QPR could not even score at city, let alone win...I know they havent yet but imagine if we needed them to lose to stay up....it would be nerve racking these last 20 mins for us....
  9. Yeah im watching it, wouldn't say Villa are playing though....!
  10. hello everyone, Has anyone on here ever part exchanged their house with a building company to upgrade to a new build? Myself and my wife are really considering this option as we really cant be doing with the stress of selling our house and dealing with time wasters and worst of all estate agents. From what I can make of it there are pro's and cons for part exchanging and selling private first. Benefits seem to be selling with no fuss, securing the property that you WANT and not stressing it could be sold whilst trying to sell yours private, Gives you time to prep for move, could get keys a few weeks early to start moving furniture etc, No-one to pull out of the chain leaving you in limbo. Not having to deal with and chase estate agents. Quick move, could be as quick as a month. Disadvantages: Not getting full market value for your house (anything upto 10% less than market value), No real scope for manouver on the price of the house they are selling to you. Other than those 2 I cant really think of anymore disadvangages to part exchanging your house. and with the first one about not receiving full market value for your house, there will be no estate agent fees involved so its not as bad as it sounds. Was just wondering if anyone on here has done it or got anymore advise about it? Cheers all.
  11. come on stoke. if we can hold on for a point, and stoke grab a winner we are safe.
  12. 10 men p1ssing all over us.....god I cant wait for the season to end.
  13. anyone got a to it link like his first goal? or a gif?
  14. You can have us staying up by a few more now. TBH I dont care if we stay up by 1,5 or 20 goals....as long as we stay up!!! The fact we are even in this position is unacceptable and Mcleish needs to go within 24hrs of the Norwich game so we can think about next season sooner rather than later. Get rid of the clown so we can move on and start to prepare for next season the minute this one is over.
  15. Whatever the outcome, if he is to be sacked or leaves at the end of the season it needs to be sooner rather than later... it needs to happen straight after the Norwich game or within a day or 2, so a new manager can be approched and he gets time and a full preseason to plan next season and develop his own team. There is no point dragging it out.Get him out ASAP so we can start to prep for next season, Euros or no Euros, Villa need to start preparing for next season the minute this one ends.
  16. I wasn't stating I would be right with my predictions mate, just mearly pointing out if all the others win next week AND on the final day, QPR need to lose tomorrow whilst drawing at city and us picking up 1 point will suffice....So heres hoping tomorrow goes for us eh!
  17. Just had a dabble with that myself, had QPR losing tomorrow and then had us losing next week and all the rest winning (QPR,Bolton and Wigan).. with us getting a draw on the final day, with everyones else winning (blackburn, wigan, bolton) with QPR drawing at City.... This had us staying up on goal difference....its crucial QPR lose tomorrow, this result alone could defy us staying up or not. Got a horrible feeling if they win tomorrow we are F##ked.....
  18. OP getting nervous now Yeah i really thought they had it nailed on when I posted that, couldn't see them throwing it away like they seem to be now. Still, makes the end of the season a lot more interesting....next week will be the biggest game both Manchester teams have played in for some years against each other....should be interesting to say the least.
  19. Think it will be the very first time in my Villa history I actually like the opposing manager much more than our own!!!!! cause I f##king hate Mceish with a passion!
  20. Bolton could decide our fate, lose that one and we are right in the mix for the last to drop. hopefully other teams around us like QPR and such dont pick up to many points....sad that it has come to relying on other team losing cause we cant seem to win...
  21. All this "better fan crap" is only making things worse in my opinion. It doesnt matter if you have been a ST holder for 20years+ or you just go when you can, at the end of the day we are all there for the same reason, because we love ASTON VILLA and want to support our team to the extents that our finances allow us. Why anyone would have a go at another Villa fan whilst in the ground showing support for their team (now matter how bad we are at the moment) is beyond me. I have been going to Villa for a long time myself, but would never slate another fan at the ground for trying to make a day of it, even if we are getting thumped. However I will not be attending again, until Mcleish has gone. That doesnt make me a "glory hunter" or a "lesser fan" than anyone else. I just wont buy into the fact that Lerner and Mcleish along with Fulkner are ruining this fantastic club. My enjoyment of attending games is turning into resentment for the way the club is being run, and my way of dealing with it is not to buy into the lies and everything that is going on there. I honestly feel the only way Lerner will take note is if his business is affected and people stop attending games... now I know there will always be fans that turn up and renew their season tickets regardless of what is happening at the club, and that is their call, nobody should slate them for it, its purely their decisionl....but in my honest opinion as long as fans are doing this they are showing Lerner that they are happy and content with things as they have signed up for yet another campaign regardless of the manager/team/football on display etc. This is the time to stand our ground as fans and show that we are not happy, protests will get ignored, letters will be ignored, polls will be ignored... season ticket sales will not! if we arent happy, we need to stand our ground and stop attending games...enjoy a day out witht the family, or friends, or do something else for a day.... it may well hurt to not attend for a couple of games if you have been an every present for x amount of years etc, but if it means we all get what WE want (Mclueless sacked) it will be for the greater good. Money talks people, and if Lerner starts seeing Fans are not prepared to attend games in mass and not return until the ginger clown is removed then this is what I feel needs to happen. Purley my opinion mind...Yes it may hurt some not being able to attend the beloved Vila for a few weeks, but it will be for the greater good in the long run.
  22. sums it up quite nicely I think... the problem is the club needs re-structuring... from the very top. If we manage to stay up, the whole club structure needs to be evaluated, firstly by sacking Faulkner, who holds the door open for Mcleish on his way out. Then employ someone with a bit of Villa history in their veins to replace Faulkner, and let them structure the club with young and ambitious personel. From backroom staff to coaches right down to the tea lady if needs be. But these people need to have targets and goals of their own and in the best interest of the club. Start off with looking at what we want to acheive (stabilising the club in the top flight for a start) and how we can progress on the right path using the ammount of money available, this may take time, but what else do we have? We cant go for a quick fix and plough throw money at it (at least thats what it seems), so a plan needs to be put into place of how we can progress with long term gain and not short term loss.. Anyone within football knows that Villa are a big club and I fully believe that if Lerner was to restructure the club and start acting like a true leader he could turn this all around... The BIGGER question is does he really want to do it? cause at this moment he is not showin any signs of wanting too.. This club and the Fans certainly deserve better than the last 2 seasons...but only one man can change our status as a club at the moment and that man is Lerner.
  23. If I didn't care or Love Villa so frigin much I would be loving it if we went down... just to show Lerner how much it would actually cost him nd how much of a balls up he has made of things since MON left. He really dosent deserve a team in the premiership the way he conducts his business and treat fans with such contempt... But the problem is I DO LOVE VILLA and even though the club is like a circus at the moment that wont change, but regardless of that, it is frustrating seeing this spoilt brat ruin OUR club and all that goes with it. Would love to see him bankrupt himself and be left with sweet F.A but that would mean the end for Villa and if we go doen I feel that would spell the end as far as being a big club anymore and we would yo-yo like blues for many the years to come. Come on Lerner FFS. Pull your finger out and admit to being wrong and get yourself involved with the club once again, it is YOUR business, but will ALWAYS be our club...dont sh1t on us and walk away, put things right if your here to stay or **** OFF NOW and take that shitbag Mcleish with you...
