    Of the teams who started in the Premier League, only Bournemouth, Crystal Palace and Fulham are not currently in the Premier League (all of them in the Championship).
    Erling Haaland has scored 101 goals in 99 games for Norway.

    It's 14 APR 2029 and Solihull Moors (I know mainly blunose fans but I go to watch them from time to time)  are sat 6th in the Championship in our first season there. Elsewhere...

    Villa are currently 9th in the Prem and have finished in the top 10 every season with 4th the highest last season. Still got Unai Emery in charge and remaining players are Dougie (capt), Boubs, Buendia and Watkins.
    Man City and the scousers have 3 titles each
    Birmingham City (this is my most enjoyable part) are in the national league for their second season and only just scraping along in the playoff places.  Apparantly they still have 11,500 season ticket holders which is a completely unrealistic fact!

    First time ive bought FM for many years since I was mid 20s and Im back into it and absolutely loving it again! Particularly blose doing so garbage

    I think we have to face where we are right now and need someone to come in who can change things quickly. Might not be the fancy football we’re all hoping for, but I fear managers like emery, rose maybe even poch would take time to implement their style by which point we could be miles off 17th. That for me leaves us with dyche or Rodgers and I’d be happy with either of those

    - If we end up with enough for two 10 team leagues, the bottom 2 from VT1 retain their places, which was @LancsVillan and @lp_villa830 (not seen you confirm in this year Lance, so let me know if in or not?). If @lp_villa830 not joining, or anyone else dropping out of VT1, next highest place from VT2 last season jumps up to VT1.

    - VT2 should consist of @LancsVillan and @lp_villa830 (if confirmed in) (unless we have leagues of 10) plus remaining VT2 teams from last season @bobzy (not see you confirm this season?) @maqroll @a-k and Olly (either @Shomin Geki or @skarroki I assume), plus any new teams, which should be at least @Demitri_C @BennettVilla @Dodgyknees and @tomav84 (might be more if I've missed any newbies from the deleted 10).

    - I'd suggest at this point there is no need to rush to draft before this Friday as a fair bit to organise. If we are going to get leagues of 10 teams might be good to draft before week three, as this means 36 gameweeks so each team players every other 4 times. If 8 team leagues, could delay to week 4 for 35 rounds and an even set of games for everyone.

    - I'll tag @villaluke here as well as think he was interested and missed out last season, in case we have space this time.

    If everyone who's tagged here, and anyone else who is interested, can please confirm this by end of next week then we can get this all set up in good time.

     

    Sorry chaps I know how painful these things can be to organise. I had an alarm in my diary half an hour before it set up. Unfortunately work called me in around lunchtime and only when the alarm went off did I realise how annoyed I was at getting called in. I’m keen for whatever is being suggested!
