  1. Cannot agree more. As a family, we don’t own a dog but like to go on walks etc and this happens to us all the time. My daughter is 7 years of age and gets a little scared when dogs run towards us or jump around us. Not all dogs are friendly and even if they are, I don’t particularly want them jumping up us. To add to this, I get really wound up seeing dog crap just left on a walking path, on a walking field or worse still on the pavement at the end of our drive!
  2. Absolutely beautiful weather in Torbay today and still a week left before I make that journey back up the M5.
  3. Huddersfield, Blackburn, either Sheffield Utd or Wednesday? Perhaps a little obvious but if he’s settled in the area, he may not choose to move far. He may even like a challenge at Wigan, Sunderland, Boro, Hull or Blackpool? Hasn’t Bradford City had some investment recently?
  4. I’m sure we could do something similar to the Lucas Oil stadium or other red brick stadia. Nice red brick façade, some mosaic and glass for the new North Stand. Lovely. Then take the red brick down the Trinity and Witton stands to join up with the Holte End:
  5. Last desperate attempt to stay up. You would think it’s Big Sam incoming possibly?
  6. I like him. A very switched on individual with a ruthless streak. No doubt holds his own when attending Premier League meetings etc. I can’t imagine NSWE would put up with someone running the club day to day if he wasn’t very good at it. Think we should appreciate him a bit more.
  7. I think this is quite important and right. Both internally and externally, it would be good to make Villa Park one complete Stadium, with all four stands looking similar. Retain the red brick effect on all four sides with some mosaic and glass etc.
  8. Cash in on Ings whilst he still has some value. I’d also sell Davis in the summer. Great time to get some decent money for him and perhaps include a future sell on? Keep Archer, with perhaps another loan to a championship club? Watkins I’d perhaps keep but if he pushed for a move or if a big offer came in, I would let him go. He’s certainly replaceable. One or perhaps two new strikers in.
  9. Rays Farm and Woodlands Walk, just outside Bridgnorth. Good walks by Hampton Loade and Seven Valley Country Park. Bewdley area or Cannock Chase?
  10. I wonder if we’ll do any link up with the Aston Hall grounds? All that greenery is so nice and be a shame if we couldn’t work in conjunction with each other.
  11. Chris Richards is not a bad shout at all. Also, we could consider Omar Richards as a back up to Digne. Don’t think Omar Richards has played many games for Bayern this season but was very highly rated at Reading. Still only 24 and would be a lot cheaper than someone like Hickey.
  12. Would be really good to have Forest back in the Premier League, not least for Davis. A further loan or a sale feels right for him and he deserves it by all accounts. It’s also better if we don’t see clubs just yo-yo between the Championship and Premier League all the time, as it becomes boring.
  13. We’ve certainly had our money’s worth out of McGinn since signing him and he’s been one of my favourite players in the last five years. However, to reach that higher end of the league, we sadly need better than McGinn and that much is obvious now. He may even move to a bigger club this summer but that doesn’t mean he’s better than us, it just means he’ll be utilised in a bigger and better squad. I think Man Utd may take him.

Most likely a plot neighbour has seen it and thought I can make use of that (probably in a home garden or whatever) and decided to take it. Just hate the lack of respect people have and it’s a principle thing for me. We had our front door pots with buxus plants taken last year, where someone probably took them to sell on a car boot or something and it wound me up rotten.

Pretty much society today I’m afraid. If it’s not nailed down, it can disappear. Sad, which is why I have a major dislike of people as a whole and that kind of thing would get me wound up for the day. If it wasn’t for Mrs F and the kids, I’d happily live on a desert island on my own.
  16. If Digne is out for the season as feared, then we could play five at the back with Young as a wing back? Not great but a tuff time to bring in a youngster like Chrisene. Chambers Mings Hause Cash Young
  17. I agree but I suppose Ramsey provides more drive and power and first half we looked on top. Second half we just capitulated.
  18. We don’t play again now until 23rd April, so time to recharge the batteries and by which time perhaps Nakamba will be ready to start?
  19. We’re a well run club at present and anyone who can’t see that need to give their heads a wobble. Getting rid of Gerrard right now? Really?? We’d be an absolute laughing stock if we did. Who would come in at this time? Four defeats in a row isn’t good but he inherited a severely fragile squad, who were losing games anyway. Gerrard gave us an initial bounce, which gives me hope that he’ll get things together in the summer. Obviously if next season doesn’t go well, then he’ll be gone by October but right now, we need to grind out a win or a couple of draws and see the season out.
  20. Are they even using real words?
