Gravy question. We do buy instant for quickness, usually Asda Extra Special Beef granules and we’ll have this with whatever roast/meat we’re having. However, I’ve never tried any of the other gravy granule flavours available (ie Lamb, Chicken, Turkey Vegetable)? Do people buy different gravy to match the meat they’re eating? Seems mad to me, but am I missing out?

Leeds away is always a tough place to go but last season we showed them how good we can be away from home with that 0-3 victory. Currently the squad seem to be dropping like flies so by next weekend my suggested team could drastically change. Hopefully Cash will be back but the expected loss of Kamara and Digne is now another big blow. Dendoncker and Augustinsson to come in you’d expect with Ash covering either full back position from the bench. So Coutinho or Ramsey on the left is the only decision I think Gerrard needs to make for this one. Personally, I would go Ramsey for his running power and he’ll cover Augustinsson better I feel. Chambers and the lesser spotted Sanson or Nakamba to cover midfield from the bench as well. I’m almost wishing the World Cup to come now so we can wrap our squad up in cotton wool for a month. In my opinion, Beefeater can do you a decent breakfast, £9.50 all you can eat, and with two kids who can eat free (bonus for us), it’s pretty good. It’s especially good if you find a buffet style one, rather than one that’s plated up in the kitchen for you. We recently has a lovely breakfast at a Premier Inn in Chipping Norton, very clean and very tasty. For me, it’s 2 sausage (well done), 2 bacon (well done), 2 fried eggs (not snotty), beans (Branston, preferably), black pudding (well done), mushrooms (fried, well done), tinned tomatoes, hash brown (well done) & fried bread or buttered toast. Orange juice and cup of tea. A full english breakfast is not something I like often but it’s a nice treat when out for the day or on holiday. Hate cooking one at home, with timings and the use of numerous bowls/pans puts me right off.

What a really enjoyable game. Daly, Dali and Hanson are going to be great signings, such an improvement in quality. Well deserved victory and a great platform to start the season.
