It takes a longer to investigate and build a case against 115 charges than it does against one.
I'm which case, the league should award any team playing against city, 3 points.
That should speed their legal teams up a bit.

I quite like my job. Not sure how I'll feel after another 30 years of it.
Previous jobs I was like "this is a complete waste of my life", now I actually quite look forward to it. Weird.
Wouldn't have imagined that 10 years ago.

How much difference in kg/CO2 is there between a 2024 petrol range rover which does 5,000 miles a year or a 2006 VW Passat 2.0l which does 20,000 miles a year? Could the Passat owner work from home, but chooses not to?
The last few pages on this are ridiculous without any numbers being shown.
Why not stop a cruise liner leaving port? After all, a cruise ship's average journey is equivalent to 1 million cars on the road, and that's just to take people on a 2/3 week jolly.
What about the 400 private jets landing locally to the NFL Superbowl? They emit around 45kgCO2 per mile. The average trip was 1,000 miles.
A Google tells me a new range rover emits the equivalent of 3.72kgCO2 for every 10Km.
Where do you stop the micro analysis of an average person? The person in a new range rover probably has a better insulated house and keeps their ASHP on for 2/3 hours a day, whereas someone on average income probably forgets to have their 20 year old boiler turned off and keep it at a nice 23C for the dog.
It's all **** nonsense.
It's the environmental equivalent of the Daily Mail. Stop looking at individuals who don't actually do that much harm and focus on the big shit.

I've got 1.6 Kia Sportage.
We had it because my wife suffers with back pain and we had two young kids to keep putting in the back in those rear facing baby seats. It was bad enough for me without back issues.
I'm a proper tree hugger, but these people are **** morons. They have zero clue about the reasons people buy specific cars or equipment, **** off.

I'd like to go and see Brian Cox's tour, but at £55 a ticket (plus ticketmaster "extras") it doesn't seem worth it.
Anyone else been?
I can't imagine why its so expensive!

I’ve obviously screwed up because I’ve taken away the focus of what I thought was funny by confusing the post….sorry all
Nice one on ruining an otherwise great thread.

It's a good, fun game
Doesn't feel like the game is trying to get it's hand in your wallet whenever you play it which also makes a nice change for an online game
Devs have also said that "the battle pass" items will never leave the store or anything and everything can be unlocked as and when you save enough credits for it. You can also unlock the battle pass "premium" in about 1 day if you just go around the maps and collect the super credits you find at points of interest.

You can team kill in this game.
It's often done by mistake, but it can also be done on purpose by someone that just wants to watch the world burn.
Only a douche would do that.

You'd all be absolutely woeful.
And that would be hilarious. Therefore, I'm in.
Imagine stevo "I've got to go to bed at 8.15".
Villarule being unintentionally racist through his significant racism.
Stefan trying to fly a car around, which doesn't exist in the game.
AHH.

If I was a young midfielder, and I'd been watching Mcginn, Youri, Douglas and Bouba from the bench, waiting for my opportunity to shine, I wouldn't be worried at all, I'd be **** buzzing to finally get a chance to do I've been training to do since a 5/6 year old.
I'd be nervous, yea. But I'd be determined to show my worth.
This is Tim's opportunity to show us what he's got. Honestly, I don't see loads in him, but the coaches do.
Hopefully we won't be sitting here in 2/3 games wishing McGinn's red card had never happened, but we'd barely noticed his absence.

Sounds like a lot of excuses to be honest. None of the players covered themselves in any glory yesterday, Zaniolo included - he ran around a bit, great, we still lost 4-0. 12 touches and a pass accuracy of 25% in 40+ minutes on the pitch, he was as bad as everyone else.
I'm not talking about all the other bits, I'm talking about the bit where he's getting stuck for not trying, when he clearly did.
I wanted him to be great, he hasn't been, so I'm not bothered if he stays or goes. I'm specifically talking about that one 5 second bit.

Utterly disgraceful lack of effort from Zaniolo. No better from Moreno either, to be fair.
If you watch the extended highlights, you'll see Zaniolo run from about 25 yards, after starting pressure Romero at CB. Also, LB's/RB's should be following the runs and midfield "pass" the runner on.
Moreno steps up to tackle Porro instead of letting Zani go for Porro and him go for Kulseski or whatever he's called.
By the time Zani "stops trying", the ball is 5 yards ahead of him. He shouldn't throw his arms, but he did his job, Moreno didn't do his.
We play that way on the right too, the RB goes with the runners, the helping midfielder goes to the ball.
This is just men wanting to tack blame on something to fix a problem that isn't there.

Lenglet double hattrick.
Emi Martinez with a wonderful solo goal.

Your personal situation has changed massively though.
I've gone from £100pm in an older all electric flat 15 years ago, to £75pm now, in a modern efficient flat. I am a lot more careful now though. When I first moved here, the heating was set at 23 degrees from October to April, and my bill never went over £50pm!
As an energy manager, this annoys me.

Feels to me all fashion designers die well into their 90s/early 100s.
I have absolutely no evidence, but just a gut feeling.

The Toyota MR2 didn’t sell in France because MR2 said in France/with a French accent sounds like merde (that means shit in French)
I'm not a car person, but as a kid I really wanted one of those because of the cool curved back window.

I don't usually like to put things in here that are possibly received as "showing off" or "humble bragging", but my eldest son is on this years squad list for the Worcestershire Cricket Club under 10s and has his own stats pages and stuff set up.
I know its not that popular on here, but he loves his cricket and has been down to Kings College in Malvern most Sundays (the 8am-10am slots are killing us!) for winter training. It's that exciting bit now before the season gets going and for him to be added to that page is such a nice little feeling. I've added all the fixtures to our calendar and we're counting down the days until his first match. Got to buy all the kit now (its not like football academies!) and become the second coming of Basil D'Oliveria (his grandson Ryan is a coach for my lad now)!
Even if he doesn't become a pro (and it's extremely unlikely he will!), then I hope he looks back at this phase of his life and is as proud as I am.
