Dudes not going to be playing in the McLigue 1 next year at least.
"The French top-flight is set to be renamed 'Ligue 1 McDonald's', with a blockbuster €60 million (£51m/$65m) deal now in place."

Reminds me a bit of Triple Triad - Once you got to a certain point you couldn't lose.

Wow, Kalm is huge

I've put a couple of hours in so far, completed the flashback sequence and Tifa just woke me up. Looking really polished so far

Reminds me of Watkins when he first arrived. Got the foundation of a good player, needs the time to develop.

Looks like major issues with the COD servers currently. Players (including me) reporting being unable to launch into games and all stats and progress reset to level 1. Hope the levelling issue can be fixed by restoring old data on the servers because otherwise players will go mental at the studio again.
I’m still playing DMZ. Not made the jump to MwIII yet

I imagine it'll be broadly equivalent to Remake, as @Dante_Lockhart says. If I had to guess, it'll involve something turning up that begins with the letter 'Z'...
SpoilerZangan. What a prick.

Gamespot gave it an 8 and said the ending is a mess
Same as FF7Remake then. Game was brilliant, up until the final chapter which a lot of people seemed to dislike - mainly due to the massive change from OG I suppose.

Isn't he an Arsenal fan? Be difficult to keep him I feel if they did come in with a bid.

I haven't listened to much new music apart from finding Ren this past 12 months. He's been a main staple of my playlist for that time

I totally forgot about the demo so I downloaded it last night. Will try and play through it over the next few days.

Today, it will mostly be... Wet.

I’ve done it before and it was a piece of piss. I got a fine once for not displaying a pay and display ticket. I said it had fallen off the dash onto the floor. They cancelled the fine.
I know plenty of others getting fines for over staying times in places like retail parks or McDonalds, a quick call to say “I had not stayed as long as you are saying I was” and they have backed down and moved on.
They often can’t be bothered to have a fight.
I did one once where we'd recently changed cars and I put half of the new reg in and half of the old reg in. I explained and contested it, they checked the cameras and there was no other vehicle come on during the time I paid so they cancelled it off.

Have reported it to the Met. I suspect the reference is all I'll get there.
Will be reporting to the DVLA but apparently they only take written submissions so nothing will happen quickly there.
On the hunt for CCTV from the place I was parked. It's at the other half's place - secure underground residents parking (although how secure remains to be seen!). Hopeful the concierge might be able to look up the footage.
The PCN came from a private company and their blurb said I had 28 days from issue of the ticket to appeal. Clearly they wait until day 29 before the issue the letter. I will plead extenuating circumstances and see what difference that makes.
Let's see how this goes.
My missus' cousin had a similar thing, but a speeding ticket from London. The kid barely leaves his house never mind drives down to London. They literally wanted to take it to court. He suffers with autism quite badly and the thought of having to go to court really wound him up, they even tried to refuse him someone to speak on his behalf. It's still going on.

I had a fine come through for travelling through the Birmingham clean air zone without paying.
Context, I went to a gig at the NIA, parked in Brindley Place, came out and left. I paid for the day, but because of congestion it took from 11pm (when I arrived back at the carpark) until 12:25 to actually get out of the zone. So I had a fine for the 25mins into the next day.
I did contest it, I took it to tribunal, but they threw it out and said although it's unfortunate it's not grounds for cancelling the fine. 25 **** minutes. Because they can't efficiently empty a carpark.

I'd love a remake of the Shadow Hearts games.

Boring thread is that way ---->
So I started out with a little Red/Blue/Red/Blue 12 break then played it safe. Got back on and hit a Red/Black/Red/Black 16 break to give me a comfortable lead. Felt good and made some nice shots, and some bad ones to be honest but practice will sort those out. Ended up 61-33 after some good safety play and a few fouls.

So I joined a snooker team and played my first league game last week. Anxiety levels were high, but I did win

I've been playing Phasmophobia a lot on the PC lately. Never been much of a PC gamer apart from Football Manager so it's took a bit of getting used to, but its great fun! Made the missus jump a few times.

I'm torn, man. the original FF7 is my favourite game of all time, but I've not really been able to get immersed in any of the series after X.
Call me old fashioned, but I preferred the FF games when combat was considered, simple to pick up but with enough depth to require effort to master. For me that is turn based. I don't want to button mash, or have the computer take over most of the decision making in the party. And I want to see the whole battle, not wrestle with a drunken camera.
FF for me is not an FPS, and it's not an action RPG. There are games in those genres I like, but they are not FF.
I'm not sure why turn based games have dropped out of favour quite so much. Not dramatic enough I suppose. Persona 5 and XCOM have shown that there is still a place for them, though. I like a good turn based RPG, or turn based strategy. It's not a dirty mechanic.
Battle wise FF13 is more turn based, but quite fun to master.

I await the end of season points deduction to knock us down to 6th and push Spurs/Utd into European places.
