He didn't speak a word of English when he signed as far as I know so that must be translated. Lambert said he speaks more English than he is letting on, so who knows Bet he knows all the swear words.

Like him or not, Lerner and Lambert have had a plan and are executing that plan. We're now in a stable financial position, the wage bill is under control and we have a decent squad. Yes, there have been some **** ups along the way (contract situations with Delph/Vlaar etc..) but we are slowly and surely rebuilding from the ground up. If we can finish mid-table this year, say 10th-12th (which we are capable of) then it's an improvement and Lambert would have done his job.

I'm in a 20 team league and it's highly competitive. Yes, 20 teams means 8 teams might be without a QB for a bye week, but that's where you need to weigh up drafting strategy. Do you draft a bench QB or take a position of need instead? Do you try to trade for a QB during your QBs bye week? It's all good and there are ways around it. Of course a QB could get benched and you could swoop in and claim the 2nd string off waivers. Many options.

Weekly winner gets prizes (usually jersey of supported team, Madden game and a Football) and goes into draw for Superbowl tickets. Overall winner gets tickets to Superbash (NFLUK Superbowl party) I think.

I've always been in the 'give him some time' camp as I believe stability is the best thing for the club, but after the recent performances and lack of tactically know-how from the manager, I've had enough. It's embarrassing and I've had enough.

Had one similar in my gaff last week. Biggest one I've seen in the house ever. It disappeared for a while and forgot about it. Then heard the missus say to her Mom "Get a big glass" so I came downstairs to find her Mom with it under a pint glass. It's leg span was as wide as it. Like you it reared up the glass and it's fangs were huge. She just opened a window and let it go. We live on the 1st and 2nd floors of an apartment block but no doubt it survived the fall. I expect to see it back.
