Does Gil track back? Does Gil know the importance of a relegation run in and what is expected? Is Gil fully settled in the league? Sometimes its better the devil you know. And once again, i ask, other than Bournemouths Reserves wonder goal..what else has he done to merit a starting place?

I like the fact Gil had one good game vs Bournemouths reserves and suddenly he is a Villa legend who got done wronged.

WOW, one mistake and he gets slaughtered. I could pull a youtube clip of all his outstanding saves, but honestly I can't arsed and it really shouldn't be necessary. Its not one mistake. His kicking/distribution has been dreadful all season.

You can't fail due diligence anyway can you? Surely its just checking over the company accounts etc and ensuring what was proposed at the beginning of the bid is there now?

In Bonys defense, its kinda hard to score goals when you are a £30million benchwarmer. Bony is more proven than Lukaku imo. He has done the business in 3 different leagues and internationally. Lukaku has just regressed.

Bony is ten times the player of Lukaku. Bony is probably the most well rounded striker in the league.

I think we can improve without Benteke. Its all about other playings sharing the goals if needed and using the team more effectively and using everyones strengths to benefit the team rather than go the Stoke Way and hoof it to the big, tall dude Personally if we do sell him, i'd get in Austin, Bamford or Wilson and buy players to supplement them

Palace will be in the top 10 for sure next year. Pardew is very underrated to be honest. I'd be surprised if a few teams don't go sniffing around Bolasie, Zaha and Puncheon in the Window

I can see Sherwood being an amalgamation of certain managers we have had but at the same time bringing something different about the rest and imprinting his own footprint on the club. I can see certain aspects in his demeanour and characteristics that are akin to Gregory, Atkinson and even MON on the sidelines but he also isn't afraid to tell it like it is which i think could help him with the young squad we have. He certianly is a "put your arm around the back of the lad" type of manager.

Please go back a few pages and read, ur like the 5th person to ask! I last read to page 196 which is when i left. It is now on page 240 odd. I am now gonna trawl through 60 plus pages to find snippets of info that more than likely will be redundant in a few hours time anyway but none the less i would like to know Just someone give me a run down before i go to bed!

If it is Martinez i will reserve judgement. He manages the right way and he is hungry for success which is good. Remember Martinez started the type of football Swansea have been playing and, while not the strongest of squads, have come up to PL since. Either way i fully expect someone to be in charge by the weekend
