  1. 'kin'ell we've become Mum's Net Right er them dragons that won't slay easy piss me right off
  2. I liked it enough to go back for a second can, it's decent tbh quite refreshing. Don't think I'd want more than two though. If I was in the mood for proper drinking, I'd switch at this point but I'll be off to bed shortly as I have a f**ker of a day tomorrow
  3. Now I get where you're coming from and I'm very much on the beer tasting of beer side of the fence but John Smiths is a bit flat cap and whippet territory. I'd drink it out of a proper hand pump but the cans just say nitrous oxide pump shite to me
  4. Tonight I am drinking a White Ale, made with White stuff so it tastes White Actually I lied. it's not white stuff at all, it's orange and green stuff. Corriander and Orange Peel
  5. Nope. any combo of Julia Psychological Roberts and Horror is likely to put me off any film
  6. I have an order of doing things when it comes to washing up. Plates first then bowls, the bowls are propped up with the mugs and everyday glasses which come next. Then I'll move the bowls slightly for a gap to slide any chopping boards / baking trays into. Next are any pans, which are done in order of size, smallest first then as best as possible stacked on top of each other. Next is the cutlery which goes into a separate pot so weren't required in my initial stack calculations followed by the delicate glasses, which are at the end because they will always be dried with paper towels and placed back on the relevant shelf in the Living room. I do not need to dry the rest thats why they are stacked on the drainer. The missus does the washing up and its... "can you come and dry these for me..." For me, I think it stems back to packing Artics at the end of the gig. A good pack always took a bit of logic. Many a time the truck driver had his ideas completely changed by us. Yeah but.... Oh shit that works well!
  7. Talking of the vanity project. None of his team are very tech savvy are they Not only is the websites address theCorbynProject.com when surely it should be a .org but they also failed to register the more obvious projectforpeaceandjustice.com which has now been hijacked but TheCorbynProject.org has now also been hijacked It's not like this doesn't happen all the time, standard practice is to buy All the domains you can think of
  8. My point about LBC is that a lot of people were criticising Starmer for even being on there (see @blandy's post above) but a lot of those very same people will be tuning in to The Canary to listen to L Ron Hubbard, presumably talking about his new vanity project
  9. Yep either that, something that is already on my radar or the Release Radar / Discovery ones that spotify makes for me
  10. Yep, this is pretty much me, with the exception that I use Spotify in the car when there's a show I don't like on 6 Music.
  11. You sir have listened to far too much Big Sturgeons Pocket
  12. Nah, it's a grift. Infamy Infamy, they've all got it in for me. Meanwhile, all his fans donate. He's a mini-Trump. It's all about the grift
  13. Hot on the heels of Starmer appearing on LBC, here's the reincarnation of L Ron Hubbard himself appearing on The Canary, a website that has more than once published AS articles and opinions He's not really trying to get the whip back is he?
  14. There seems to be a lot of people you used to know that I never want to meet
  15. They aren't that stupid, they laid the tarmac in the first place
  16. Nah its crushed up bits of those blocks they put in urinals
  17. We have a google mini in the kitchen. The missus was in there doing tea last night and I walked in and she was playing Q***n I said as a joke "Hey Google, don't play this shit again" "OK I won't play this song again" Missus, fuming
  18. We had a dishwasher, it broke (its probably an easy fix, its just the on / off button doesn't work). I prefer doing it the old fashioned way too so we've never bothered getting it fixed
