    It's great to have a choice of Digne or Morena. Emery will use both as required. That's what we will aim for all over the team. A proper choice in every position.

    That was a great performance. West Ham are a good side, with a number of really good players, but we took them apart. Luiz MOM, but they all played their part; lots of good performances by our guys out there today. And, masterminded, of course, by our fantastic manager.

    One of our players gets picked for England, has a decent game, and Hey PRESTO, he is linked with a top club. No wonder I have mixed feelings about our players getting an England call up.

    So long as it says Aston Villa on it, that's the most recognisable thing about our club. Completely unique.

    Fantastic performance and amazing result against a very good side. All the players were excellent but Watkins was incredible today. And credit to our manager, who is really building something here. We are so lucky to have him and our wonderful owners. I don't know how far we can go, but we have our pride back, and it is a great feeling.

    Emery the cup specialist does not seem to be doing too well in his 'specialist subject'.

    A double whammy. We lost the game and the first teamers did not get the rest they were supposed to get.

    A pity we shipped out Philogene, Ramsey and Archer. We should have shipped out some of these clowns we have tonight trying to play football. What a shambles.

    The fall off in quality from our first string to our second string is unbelievable.

    Not cursed - just too many players not good enough.

    If anything, I thought they played better after the sending off.

    He has surprised me. I was unsure about him, but he is much better than I thought he would be. Still has a lot to learn, but I have high hopes for him. Our best player against Legia.

    He is definitely a threat. He gets bums off seats. I like his attitude. We have not had that without Buendia and we miss it.

    Emery made too many changes. Should have started with a solid defence, and that would have made a big difference. He is supposed to be the European Competition expert. Didn't look like it tonight.
