    Daft errors that have blighted us for a while now.

    Top game to end the tournament. England fought well but silly errors ultimately gifted the game to France (who were accurate in their attack at the vital time) England finished the tournament in a much better place from where they started with a lot more positives to build on.

    Superb result for Italy in Cardiff - their best ever 6 Nations and should’ve had a penalty retaken to beat France. Wales looked clueless until a couple of replacements came on. Their transitional phase is going to be long and painful as they just don’t have the talent coming through in their domestic league.

    I read the other day we had another young Colombian over for a 2 week trial so wondering if the club are actively looking for a younger Spanish speaker for Duran to buddy-up with to help him settle. Whilst we have a lot of South American players at the moment, they’re all a little older and mature than Duran is. it can’t be easy for such a young kid moving to a new country and not being used to the language etc. He certainly has something about him so hope Unai can fine tune his natural ability and hone his skills.

    Europa league draw next - hoping Liverpool get Leverkusen just to get the another German team out of European competition edit - damn it! They got Atalanta instead But Wet Spam get Leverkusen instead - ouch!

    Definitely but whoever gets through that should really fancy their chances. I can see it being an all-England semi final to meet one of PSG or At.Madrid in the final However, a PSG vs Real final would be entertaining just for the Mbappe factor

    It gets it out the way - a good final before right Christmas and alleviates the FA Cup and league fixture pile up in January/February every year. I’d also switch the League Cup semis to a single tie at a neutral ground

Madrid vs Dortmund Real Madrid vs Man City PSG vs Barcelona Semis: (not a plea for a KW gif!) Arsenal/Bayern vs Real/Citeh At.Madrid/Dortmund vs PSG/Barca (so no all-England final this year…)

    Press reporting Southgate wants to discuss his future after the Euros - I hope he doesn’t want to stay on longer as I have barely any interest in the national team under his management.

    Glastonbury headliners have been announced…. Dua Lipa (don’t mind her but a headliner?), Coldplay and SZA looking down the confirmed acts, there’s probably around 10 I’d be desperate to watch but overall it’s very underwhelming (for me!)
