I had a BMW tail gater, flashing me at 75mph on the A1 today. I was overtaking about 6 trucks.

I've had a shocking day driving - 3 incidents where I had to take quite severe action. braking, swerving etc. IMHO The worst drivers are Rover/Vauxhall/ and 2nd hand BMW owners (Around the 5ish year mark ) Obviously not all are like this!

General, what are the Villa archives like? (If indeed they exist) Would the club consider publishing a detailed history? Something with photos that have never been published.

I live about 2 miles from a massive car boot sale - so I can pick up vhs films for 50p a go! Not bad.

General, Firstly, I have not been drinking! I have an idea. I'm waiting for a puppy to be born (Should be born at the end of next week). I've decided for it to be called Ellis (I know!) The logic behind naming the dog is perhaps we could remove the 'U' from a certain stand? I think having an Aston Villa dog mascot and having a Dog Ellis stand would be great. He would be available free of charge (of course) for photo shoots for the club shop magazine etc I include a picture of his father Nico who came second at Crufts: the General has answered questions about the HDE stand, previously. I hope the dog doesn't share his namesake's aversion to "Winalot". Woof woof.

General, I think it would be useful for away fans to have more information regarding transport to Villa Park available at New Street station - I guess its low on the list of priorities, but I'd appreciate it if the boot was on the other foot.

Any chance of having a few of the tiles when they are removed General - if they can be removed intact!? Or any spares that were made.

Your oppinions on our play are just as valid as ours General - Its what football is all about. I went to Sundays match (First match in seven years) had a great time, regardless of result - and the weather! The food in the Witton Lane stand however was awful!!! Hope Randy's feeling better.

Back again to the North Stand, hope this isn't getting too boring! Will it not cost more money to adapt the stand? I would have thought starting from scratch would be cheaper. It certainly works that way in house development - unless you start with something special - and THAT stand unfortunately is not!

With regards to the redevelopment of the Stadium General, can you give of us any ideas that are being discussed? Is the North Stand going to be demolished or just adapted for example, will the stands be linked? I know perhaps its not set in stone yet -but it would be good to know yours and Randys thoughts. Bet you are clocking up some airmiles by the way!

I guess I could have been paying 35 pounds for the last regimes games :shock: One of the returning fans!

I'm over the moon about everything, just one slight gripe - I paid 35 pounds for a ticket for the liverpool match, I know I've got a good seat but the most expensive ticket for Liverpool fans is 32. Maybe I shouldn't grumble! But at least make the scousers pay as much!

Seasons Greetings General Krulak! I haven’t posted on here for a while because of a pretty chaotic last few months, so I must say welcome to our (And now your) Aston Villa. As you no doubt have determined, the majority of Villa fans are delighted to have you and Randy at the helm (And the other new guys) I think the tactful, low key way you have gone about business has mirrored the class of the club. I’d like to echo a few other people’s sentiments - from this site and others, the destruction of the Trinity Road stand literally ripped my heart out. How the building wasn’t listed is beyond comprehension. It set us apart from the crowd. It’s sad to say, but if it had survived another ten years it most probably would have been. My ideal scenario would be for it to be rebuilt like for like! But I guess it’s not fair to expect for a twenty million pound stand that’s less than ten years old to be flattened (If I had the money I genuinely would!) I’m not quite sure what I’m trying to say. Just want you guys to know that it’s more than bricks or concrete. We don’t just watch the game. It’s our home. Can I ask one favour? There surely must be some great pictures of the Trinity Road Stand in the club. Can these be published/copied? I’d have a wall dedicated to it if I could! Pes has definately been a great game to play, however, Kick off involved real skill

Kick off was my choice. (Atari ST) I actually damaged my laptop in france playing Kick off on an atari emulator - Played in a rain storm under an umbrella with my eldest brother - worth it! The laptop did actually work again and was promptly sold! Shame that you cannot get a ZipStik for a PC

I can't give you exact figures but I KNOW he didn't have the money to ALSO invest in the team. I, and every other fans (I think :?: ) don't just want somebody who can only buy the club, christ, we might as well stay the same. I don't mind people coming in to make money, but make money because we are doing well! Not because you can sell the land or you think the tv rights are going to go through the roof.

I added villa to my portfolio last year 8) Must admit I was fairly concerned with about 7 games to go. Not that I'd have lost anything, I just wouldn't have sold.
