  1. There would be no problem in taking on your OH's credit card liability at all. As long as you are fully aware that the debt becomes yours and if you have a falling out/break up and she refuses to pay then you are stuck with the debt. On the second point, you mention that her credit rating has been hit hard? How do you know this? I only ask as there is no such thing as an all encompassing credit rating, each lender has different metrics and its more based on history than any 'score' out of 100 or 1000. Assuming your OH hasn't missed any payments then there shouldn't be anything on her credit report that would flag up as being of any concern. She is no doubt in the dog house with her current bankers for lying but its unlikely that this information would have been logged with the 3 main credit agencies unless there was missed payments / unauthorised excesses. It may be worth her applying for 1 or 2 credit cards from other banks to see if she gets accepted before you take on the debt. I'd guess that its only her current bankers who would refuse her credit at the moment. In general terms, how to build up a good credit history? Make sure you are on the voters roll at the correct address and make sure you pay your credit card bills / mobile phone bills on time and don't go over any pre approved limits in your account. Its all about history and showing you can be trusted to make payments on time.
  2. Fat Sam would have plenty of job options.
  3. Lets hope it all blows up one day

    Chelsea

    Can he be retrospectively charged?
  5. Fair play to you mate. No job is worth impacting your home life and mental well being. What sector you looking to move into?
  6. Is The Terror airing on any of the main platforms? (Netflix, Prime, Now TV?)
  7. All i will remember is someone made of glass and that stupid goal celebration
  8. I know they'll win the league comfortably but this made me laugh!
  9. They'll be dancing in the streets of St Mirren tonight I'd like to take in a Scottish game soon... maybe make a weekend of it.
  10. Two managers stand out for me this season: Sean Dyche - Done a great job to get Burnley to 7th. Most of his signings are bang on and you also need to credit Burnley for sticking with him when they got relegated. Most teams use that as an excuse to sack someone but they didn't, backed him and are now reaping the benefits. Neil Warnock - Ok, we all know Colin W*anker is a grade A chunt but he has done remarkably well with Cardiff when you consider the players they have. If he gets them promoted he deserves all the plaudits.
  11. There are still (a few) nice parts (well, the odd road) of it, but in general its a lot worse than it was. Like most inner city areas, its gone to rat shit over the years with the general calibre of person being a few rungs down from previous inhabitants.
  12. I do, but not in Homeland. Her character is horrible and annoying (although she does play the part very well)
  13. I've only ever been to Corby and its not a place I'd rush back to.
  14. I meant relatively! I think 2nd was there for the taking. Still a play-off win at Wembley is more memorable
  15. If we can get back to the form of a few weeks back then I don't see anyone posing a major threat in the play-offs (I am assuming Fulham get 2nd)
  16. Just makes me angry about the QPR, Bolton and Norwich games recently!
  17. He'll need to earn his corn in the play-offs otherwise he'l be looking for a new job
  18. I don't recognise Erdo anymore, its not the place I grew up in. People complain about areas like Moseley being gentrified and becoming too expensive to live... Erdington is the opposite. Its been shitified!
