  5. Thanks for everything General.... If this Young transfer comes off, I will come back to the UK early so I can make the last home match of the season!! Can we please get Carew and Viera as well
  6. Or how **** stupid Watford are, they wont get half that when they relegated!!
  7. What kind of revenue would Beckham bring in? And your figures don't match up. Beckham £20m for three seasons. Bent £21m for three seasons. However, Bent would still have a value three years from now. Beckham wont. Are you having a laugh, Real Madrid made their money back on the Beckham transfer before he even kicked a ball for them, in merchandising, he would make us a global brand... we wouldn't need to sell him, he would make profit anyway!!
  8. It's you that's speculating chap. It's called tongue in cheek humour, perhaps you've heard of it??
  9. What even if MON wanted him?? Would he be good enough then
  10. Seems Beckham has refused to sign a new contract, could he be coming, would you welcome him? From the sun DAVID BECKHAM intends to defy Real Madrid’s ultimatum that he sign a new deal or leave. The Spanish giants have finally snapped and are threatening to put midfield ace Becks up for sale as part of a January clearout if he does not commit to the club by next week. But sources close to Beckham, 31, insist he will not be cornered. And he will refuse to go in the transfer window, whatever the outcome of next week’s showdown. Real have offered him a two-year extension on his current £100,000-a-week deal. The club’s sporting director Pedrag Mijatovic has now told Beckham he needs an answer. Mijatovic said: “A few months ago we presented an offer to extend Beckham’s contract that reflected his importance as a football player and as a marketing image. “He asked me for time to think about it. But we don’t have time — we have to decide now.†The ex-England skipper, who has started just seven of Real’s last 25 matches, is considering a string of offers from the Premiership, Italy, France and USA. Under-fire Real boss Fabio Capello believes Becks’ stalling has contributed to a bad atmosphere in the dressing room. Real would prefer to sell now for £4million than lose Beckham on a free in the summer when his current contract runs out. *
  11. Maybe 4 or 5 years ago.................. Still a class act and his missus aint bad either
  12. 7" shorter, 10x as skillful, able to head a ball and have instinctive striking insincts. But then again, he does have a good touch for a big man
  13. We surely would never sign Rodney Trotter again.... that would be MON suicide surely!!
  14. According to some that will be some sort of super tactic on MON's part!!
