  1. New album out today. A really good listen so far!
  2. Think I've hit a bit of a wall with this at the moment and I'm not massively deep into the story. It's just a bit fiddly in so many ways. Some side quests for example are really difficult to progress. You have what you need to progress, you go to the place you need to be, talk to the right person and nothing! I end up abandoning them. The same thing seems to happen with the main quest too but I think I'm at a stage where my next steps will lock some of the game. Maybe I just proceed as is and see where it takes me but at the moment it's not grabbed me as much as I hoped it would.
  3. That or been kind of clever because they can then spout the "we tried to sign him but they wanted X which we believe is too much so we've moved on to other targets". The inbreds will believe every word, being blind to what's in front of their noses.
  4. Happy enough with the team. After all it's a free hit so why not rest some players.
  5. Given a full year injury free under UE and he'll be back to the player we briefly saw last season.
  6. Those ox-cart rides though - could they be any slower?
  7. So I've been playing this for about 12 hours now. It's a huge open world RPG, beautifully designed and performing quite well on PS5. Only being a few hours in I've hardly scratched the surface but there are so many side quests it can be quite confusing about what the main quests are! Haven't seen a huge amount of variation in the enemies you fight but as I say, early days. So many mechanics to learn and remember, but thankfully there's lots of YT vids to look at.
  8. This is why I've not had a footy game in years!

    Getting older

So my own body decided to cock block me this morning. Literally just about to do the deed and my calf decides to get the most agonising cramp I've ever had. I hate getting old, this never used to happen
  10. Ok just checking! So wait until the last few meters, then loot everywhere to find a gun and armour.
  11. Probably already planning it unfortunately.
  12. You are pulling your parachute aren't you?
  13. Just installing Dragon's Dogma 2. Looks exactly up my street, not a typical RPG and wear appears to be a huge open world. I saw a couple of you guys already playing it so might be back later for hints and tips!
  14. One thing to remember is if you get stuck on a boss, go off into the world, level up a few levels, then return and kick the s#it out of them!
  15. Tried not to laugh when the place I brought my car from recently offered me GardX. Its a 2017 car mate, so unless you're going to respray it first, What's the f'ing point
  16. This is the problem. All of Paul's fights look like the opponent isn't really taking it seriously otherwise he's have had more than 1 loss.
  17. I've got no online friends so it's not for me lol
  18. Indicators? What the hell are they??? Yeah the doors are beasts but so far I'm coping. The comfort access is still a novelty which I'm sure will end up being forgotten about, but it's just so well made, so easy to drive, and fun too. It's also the most comfortable car I've ever owned. Just got to get the missus to drive it now - she doesn't like autos!
  19. My "new" car is a 17 plate 420d BMW. Had it for 1 week so far. Traded my old 118d in for it plus a nice wedge of cash. I do about 8k miles a year so this could last me a long time. The increase in hp is certainly noticeable, and the person who originally specced it included some nice options, like a digital dashboard, and went for the m sport version too. The brakes grip like a mutha! Has some novelty options too like an arm which passes you the seat belt (because it's a coupe and you'd have to reach back quite a bit otherwise). I miss having Android Auto which is installed in my old car, but it does have voice control for some features, and I've now figured out how to get it to work with Google Assistant which eases the loss of AA a little. Headlights are brilliant too which couldn't be said of the 118! And I'll never go back to a manual either. And finally it's a good looking car

    Getting older

Getting to that age in life where people I know who are a similar age to me have started to pass away. Today we're raising a roast to a mate who passed away recently - only 48. God bless you mate
  21. Everything is back up and running and all progress has been restored. I actually like the zombies more in this one than I have recent games. However, they do need to add new stuff in soon!
