There's a good thread on Twitter about him. Basic gist of it is that he was away way longer than anyone else for the world cup, so hasn't had as long learning UE's style for the team. Some good points.

I think his mentality has changed since Cutler left, and that has affected his decision making. Cutler left in Oct-22. His goals against per minute is terrible compared to when he joined. Obviously i see that the whole defence is responsible for Goals Against, but numbers is numbers. To be honest, with those stats, I'd be looking to replace him anyway. (Stats from FBRef).

Either move him on, or try to get at least another few players to try to get on his wavelength. It's not working with him playing passes to no one because no one has idea what he is going to do.
