Gutted- Im a big fan of Buendia. I dont think he started Premier league under Emery but he was certainly going to start a lot of cup games and prob one of the first subs to come on.

Someone posted a while ago that it was a good time to play Man City. It was crazy, it's clearly one of the worst times.

You're playing the best team in the league, with the best squad depth who know if they beat you they go close to their rival who they play that week.

The very definition of a panic signing, someone that upset the balance and formation. He was clearly signed to play when Watkins was also not getting dropped creating problems which I think played a good part in Smith being fired.

We either needed to buy someone clearly better than Watkins and drop him, or sign a great prospect that was happy to be on the bench and back up. What we didn't need was a great finisher who can't press in the way the formation needs. 

I think they have someone lined up or a lot of confidence in Dhuran as back up.

First time in a long time we have a manager that has us looking up the table. I can almost wipe Gerrard from my memory.

This guy is a champions league level player exactly the sort of purchase we need to get to next level.

I think he needs rotating, problem is lack of depth there.

Maybe the biggest drop in quality in the premier League between starter and reserve is our goal keeper.
